Buying Sim Points from EA

Hi everyone

I was just wondering if anyone is having trouble purchasing simpoints? I have tried a number of times and it goes to payment & Verify but it doesn't go to the receipt stage, and the points aren't being added to my account. No money is being taken from my bank, thankfully but it's frustrating. I want to purchase Sunlit Tides, but can't
