I did see that, thanks! Guess I'm just too lazy to deal with all the CC though-even the trick mentioned on that page only helps for future reinstalls/resets.

May just play the challenge for fun though, unofficial-like.

Ooo, update! Thought I'd just edit my last post, not spam this thread anymore. But! I fixed it. Or rather, my sister did-she did the clean install and put my CC back for me! I still wanted to play but just didn't want to go through the hassle...but she did, in return for fixing her laptop. So yay!

During my practice runs I noticed that the teenage girl only has 3 traits. This has happened in a couple of practices. When she ages up she only has 4 as an adult. Has anyone else had this problem?

That is the way that Lisa is made. She has only three traits.

I'm sure there's plenty of useful strategy I failed to make use of, but I did finish at least! My final score was 8 jobs and 16 rewards,  with a score of 14400.

Im confused about the no time machine rule? 
It also states in the rules that the 30 days holiday can be used for future travel.
How can I do this with no time machine?

The Time Machine is the object you create with the Invention skill. Future travel refers to going through the ITF time portal.

My OCD helped me get this done fast. My Bunch completed 10 jobs earning 21 career reward objects (with no travel EPs which also sped things up). 10,000x2.05=20,500. Much better than my test run.

Hi just started this. When you say cake up- is that intentionally ageing the children? So if they age up as part of the game before any maxing of the careers is that ok?

I've never used the Bunch family before, so it was a real shock when I did my test. But I liked my results (with a few planned changes of course) so A+ for the Bunch family.

11 jobs, 13 career rewards, for a total of 18,150. That's 40 points less than my Grandmaster challenge, how strange!

Careers - 7 x 1000 = 7000
Rewards -  12 x .05 (+1.0) = 1.6

Total 7000 x 1.6 = 11200
