I'm postponing the next chapter (Triple the Trouble!). As requested, this one's going to be my vain attempt at "fixing" Hawke and Kiwi's relationship. Darn. I'm just not the type to come up with romantic stuff, so bear with me, please. I'm embarrassing myself.  :-[ :'(

Also, there aren't a lot of photos, I'm also recycling some old ones. I never thought I'd have to do this.

A Little Romance, Please

Hawke found Kiwi in the living room unusually brooding. His mood ranges usually ranges from insidiously happy to annoyingly manic- depressed or sad was a face he didn't know, or wore himself. At first it was nothing- Hawke didn't care, but on it went. The quiet in the house started to bother Hawke.

Kiwi came up to Hawke one morning, before he stationed himself in his workbench. Hawke waited for some witty remark, or small talk, even expected Kiwi to crack his morning sculpting jokes. But none. Hawke got none. Kiwi just stood there and stared.

Hawke: You wanna eat? I made pancakes, I think you can serve yourself. A wife Hawke was.
Kiwi: I'm not exactly hungry.

Silence. Hawke didn't know what to say. Happy people, like this man s/he married, who suddenly become sad are hard to deal with, especially with the limited reactions and actions s/he can come up with.

Hawke: Well?
Kiwi: Have I told you how beautiful you were, *cough. Are? He was remembering the wedding. Reliving it, in fact.
Hawke: Uhh. Hawke couldn't think of a comeback.
Kiwi: It's alright. You're shocked by the sudden change of mood. Don't worry. It's not like I'm alienating myself from the boys. I'm still playing the cool dad.
Invisible Weirdo: You married a sharp guy. I like.
Hawke: Well.
Invisible Weirdo: This is definitely interesting. I should call your mother over.

No reaction.

Invisible Weirdo: Okay, I'm giving you two space. Enjoy, you lovebirds.

Hawke: There seems to be a problem. Kiwi sat beside his wife.
Kiwi: Uh, what? At work?
Hawke: With you. Something's wrong with you. Uh, well, I don't mean offense.
Kiwi: This is the first time. He smiled a little. Hey, it was soft, a little sweet, even.
Hawke: Shivers. Hawke made a face. What?
Kiwi: I love you. Hawke's face dropped. Kiwi put him in the spotlight.
Hawke: I'm a man in a woman's body. How do you expect me to respond to that?
Kiwi: What are you saying. He laughed. Is this another of your attempts to shoo me off? Frankly, I expected more from you.
Hawke: HA-HA. Very funny.
Kiwi: Such sarcasm. Kiwi raised his hand and stroked Hawke's cheek, wiped off some invisible thing from the side of Hawke's lips, leaving the man in the green-haired lady's body confused.
Hawke: I'm a beginner at everything. A blush.

Suddenly saying that was unexpected, even to the Invisible Weirdo.

Kiwi: I reckon you wanted girls? He teased.
Hawke: A girl. And no, you're not getting any. That set Hawke off. Kiwi was satisfied- he saw his wife burn with embarrassment as she stood up and gathered her plate. He was more than satisfied.
Kiwi: Good job, Hale. Good job. He patted himself.

Hawke retreated to her room, then called the boys for breakfast as s/he made another meal.

Synth: Yo, mum. Where are the pancakes?
Hawke: Fridge.
Synth: I don't see it.
Sil: That's because I ate everything. Want some soup?
Synth: Wow, you sure think about everyone's sake.
Hawke: Let's not get into anything funny. I'm making waffles.
Sil: Mum's right. You never finish your pancakes, anyway.
Synth: Fine.
Sil: They're from the same batter, though. Picky eater.
Synth: I'd like to know why you're doing this?
Hawke: And in front of me, too.

They laughed.

Invisible Weirdo: What a weird family.

On the other hand, Poncho was bothered that his alter-cat was no longer there.

Poncho: Señorita, oh heal my wounded heart.
Voice: A true narcissist.
Poncho: Technically, not.
Voice: True.
Poncho: Where have you gone?
Voice: Observing. You don't need me anymore.
Poncho: You're going?
Voice: Yes, I need therapy. I'm hearing voices.
Poncho: What a familiar case! Wait, for real? For good?
Voice: Signing out. Click.

He won't be seeing her. He wasn't sure if for good.

Poncho: You will be missed.
Voice: I'm not going to die. Then nothing.

Kiwi kept up with his mood, and kept surprising his wife.

Kiwi: Yo, wife.
Hawke: Can't see I'm working out?
Invisible Weirdo: Hop scotch, really?
Kiwi: I can. Can't spare a few minutes for your sad and ignored, and taken for granted husband?
Hawke: Ugh. Fine.
Kiwi: Tada! The flowers were handpicked, by himself.
Hawke: For my grave?
Kiwi: Hey, that's not funny. Don't you dare die on me. He was genuinely upset. There's a limit to those kind of jokes.
Hawke: Wow. I'm, uh, sorry.
Kiwi: Just don't say jokes like that. I really don't want you making jokes about either of us dying. I'm going to die again if I died first and left you here, without girls.
Hawke: Hawke laughed. You're still on about that?
Kiwi: Duh. Seriously, though. Stop.
Hawke: Alright. Alright. Hawke brought the flowers close and smelled them.
Kiwi: Hey. Hawke turned to face him, and managed to sneak a peck. Then ran away.
Invisible Weirdo: Such a boy. You don't feel bad making him do things that he does? I'm going to snatch him away.
Hawke: I'd rather you keep your thoughts to yourself. And last time I checked, I'm his wife.
Invisible Weirdo: Oh my, Carver! How possessive. Grow up, will you!
Hawke: Heh, Carver. A lot's happened. "She" was grinning stupidly to herself.

Hawke looked up and saw Kiwi staring from the terrace.

Hawke: Wanna join me?
Kiwi: This is not some trick to beat me up, is it?
Hawke: Just come down, you child.
Invisible Weirdo: So sweet, I'm getting ants all over me.

They played. They laughed and boo'ed at each other.

Days. Poncho wanted so badly to tease the hawk for what he's been seeing. The house was livelier. And Kiwi was trying to win him over, Poncho that is.

Poncho: I'm not as difficult as that hawk. I like your house, that's a plus since day one. If only Kiwi understood.

Hawke's been fishing, her free time allowed her to do so. But she didn't bring, nor ever invited Kiwi to join her. They were better, she was treating him better, but she was still awkward around him.

Kiwi: Wife. He caught up with her.
Hawke: What?
Kiwi: No goodbye kiss? You've been sneaking out of the house lately. I'm worried.
Hawke: That honesty won't always get you anywhere. Be like that to other people and you'll be taken advantage of. Hawke just hasn't realized how sly Kiwi was.
Kiwi: Kiss!
Hawke: The heck with that kiss. We're not kissing.
Kiwi: We kissed last time.
Hawke: Yes, and you got kicked out of the room. Oh, Watcher, don't remind me!
Kiwi: I'm not gross.
Hawke: You're not. How many times do I have to tell you I don't know how to react to things-
Kiwi: What because you're a man? Blast it. Come'ere.

Hawke was resistant, but didn't push him away this time.

Kiwi: I love you.
Hawke: It's becoming overrated. Hawke was trying to fan away the awkwardness.
Kiwi: Love is never overrated, and you haven't gotten used to it, yet. So I'll be doing this everyday. I love you, wife. I love you, Missus Hale. His eyes shrank and smiled, and smiled.

Hawke was the same.

There was courtship happening in the house, and the boys were weirded out, Silvan less, Synth definitely more. Sil understood, he saw how his dad's been wooing his mother. He was a proud son.

Hawke: I'm new to this, really. She would sigh under her breath.
Invisible Weirdo: You still planning to tell him the truth?
Hawke: Did you forget how he reacted? He laughed it off.
Invisible Weirdo: Then this is fine. He's not pushing you to tell him. I think I'd like a man like that, myself.
Hawke: But it's not fair. You should know. And what are you saying, man? You're not real.
Invisible Weirdo: Hah! That's where you're wrong. I'm real. And no, I don't know. I'm not you. I'm just here to pester you.
Hawke: Whatever you say.
Invisible Weirdo: I hear wedding bells!

One day, Hawke came outside to see Kiwi work, and he stopped working.

Hawke: Oh, don't stop.
Kiwi: I haven't really thought about it, yet. I was just, yeah. He scratched the back of his head. And this is rare. You never come to see me work.
Hawke: Well. I got something for you. I guess.
Kiwi: What, you guess! You don't say, "I guess" to stuff like these!
Hawke: Alright, alright. Here!
Kiwi: Hey, Kiwi had something he'd been wanting to say since forever and grabbed the opportunity as he received the box, we should get married.
Hawke: Aren't we?
Kiwi: The first time wasn't exactly consensual.
Hawke: Oh, tell me about it.
Kiwi: So?
Hawke: What, so?
Kiwi: Stop playing dumb, wife. I'm trying to propose here.
Hawke: No ring, no nothing?
Kiwi: You're not even wearing the ring from that wedding!
Hawke: It wasn't consensual, remember. Hawke smirked.
Kiwi: Wow. Wow. Darn it. I'm so happy.
Hawke: Hate to burst your bubble, but I haven't said anything.
Kiwi: Blast it. I ain't gonna believe anything else, he swept her off the floor and brought his wife inside. Girl?
Hawke: Girls. Forget it. Forget everything. This guy's the sweetest.

Invisible Weirdo: Noted. And I'll say again, you're technically a girl. The weirdo mused to herself as she watched the palm trees sway lightly.

And they got married. They sneaked out that night, wearing the same clothes as the day they first married.

Kiwi smuggled another kiss before they left for the little wedding arch.

Hawke: You anticipated this!
Kiwi: Did. I've worked so hard for this. Don't you think I deserve a reward?
Hawke: Once in a while, yeah. Hawke shrugged as they walked towards the arch.
Kiwi: Nice black dress.
Hawke: I grieved, then.
Kiwi: Now?
Hawke: That's a secret. That made Kiwi smile his boyish smile.

They married without a ceremony, without people. The first time would have been perfect. Kiwi just wanted a happy wedding, and he got it.

Kiwi: Thanks, Carver. He touched her cheek. I'm glad you love me back.

The smile on Hawke's face faded.
At the end of the day, Life should ask you, "Do you want to save changes?"

Poor Kiwi, Hawke is just too awkward.

I wonder if Kiwi would actually be ok if he knew the truth about him...
Hmm the thoughts continue.

Hmm the thoughts continue.

Actually, he already knows. Gah! I fail at story-telling. Hawke thinks Kiwi married him/her as Smiley Lemons. So, s/he was shocked to be called "Carver," hence the fading smile.  ;D

Gasp, Vesper!
Silvan's perspective of the relationship

My mum's pregnant. But there's something else.

I woke up with the lights on in the house. It was 2 a.m., I think. I tried to see what was happening, and found my parents in the kitchen, they were talking and arguing. They were hushed exchanges, but I could cipher they were fighting. I know it. I think I saw my mum cry, then dad tried to comfort him. I don't know. It was the first time I saw them fight, maybe it was the first time they really fought. I decided to stop prying and go back to bed. But I couldn't sleep that night. I thought about my mum. I thought about dad.

Synth and I went to school without breakfast. We, well, I had cereal, but yeah. Not pancakes or waffles mum made for us everytime. That's when I confirmed their fight. Synth was excited, he didn't quite like eating proper breakfast, he got himself ice cream. And Poncho came purring at my feet, which he doesn't do. He prefers being, say, talked to first. So I was wondering if something had happened to him, too.

And then Vesper stopped coming. I haven't had the time to talk to her, I kept busy with painting. I got absorbed, dad encouraged me. He was the one who practiced arts in the house. But mum was there to support me. It didn't take long until Synth had an easel in his room as well. Okay, so we'll be a family of painters, or artists. Fine by me, I can't imagine myself in the military.

We got ready to go to school, and I thought about last night again. I couldn't help but slouch and slump my back against the itchy bus chair. Synth kept shifting, it's like he wanted to ask or say something to me but didn't. I decided that if it was something, he should ask me himself. We got home that day, and I figured my parents stopped talking.

And on it went. They kept avoiding each other's eyes. Well, it was more like my mum was. Dad kept trying to talk to her. That's how it seemed to me, I'm not sure what was really happening. It was when Synth got a wind of things, but he kept quiet. Mum and dad kept at being our parents, but they sort of stopped being our parents. They were working and eating separately. I don't know. I can feel Synth's stare everytime, but I can' tell him. I don't know what to tell him.

The situation in the house worsened, I desperately needed Vesper. I hope she forgives me for forgetting about her. I've earned over 500 simoleons from painting. It wasn't enough, I needed 4,000 more. And I just don't know how and where to get that much, not with my parents acting the way they were.

I kept earning, but still not enough. I wasn't even halfway the amount I needed. I was going to be a teenager soon, I need to see Vesper. I might never see her again. So I wore my face thick and went to talk to mum.

Sil: Mum...
Hawke: Hello, kiddo.
Sil: I know you and dad are fighting.
Hawke: Ha-ha. Mum laughed nervously and scratched her lip.
Sil: But that's not what I came here for.
Hawke: Then, what is it? Mum recovered quickly, I was slightly amused.
Sil: I need 3,000 simoleons.
Hawke: 3,000 is a lot, son. What is this for?
Sil: I actually need 4,500. But I've earned enough, plus the interest the bank's giving. Yeah, there.
Hawke: You didn't answer my question. What is it for?
Sil: I saw those pamphlets and some other stuff. About a potion and other things.
Hawke: You looked into those? Mum grew upset, but not particularly mad.
Sil: I have what those people from your workplace want to know about. I have Vesper.
Hawke: Vesper! The doll from the Lotsy's? Oh, dear. No, Silvan Hale. You will not let them know about that.
Sil: So, you believe me?
Hawke: I don't know if I believe you. Those are speculations, and the kids in the science block kept insisting on some transfiguration and jargons beyond me.
Sil: Okay, I'm not offended. But mum-
Hawke: I don't know, Sil. This can turn out disastrous and I don't want you hunted by those people any case it turns out successful.
Sil: Please, ma. Please.
Hawke: Why?
Sil: I'm going to be a teenager soon. I don't have real friend except Synth. I'm not as friendly, nor popular as him, and he's younger than me! But that's not the problem. Vesper's the only real friend I have, other than Synth. And she's disappeared on me. I'm desperate, mum.
Hawke: You're too young to even learn to say things like those. You should have no worries or problems.
Sil: Please. I promise to pay back what I borrow. I'm doing well with painting. Please, I beg you.

Hawke didn't like seeing Silvan beg- Sil's already refused his real father and this was the only time he asked for anything. This beautiful child from Griffin Alto didn't turn out like his father, manipulative and deceitful because that's what his job asked of, the other reason why Hawke stayed away and ran away from him. Now she's in Kiwi's arms, the thoughtful kid from a rich family who has no inkling of what happened, or so he wants Hawke to believe. Now she was doubting Kiwi, too.

Hawke: Alright, Sil. I'm going with you. But, only after I managed to pull the right strings. It might take a while.
Sil: It's okay, mum. Thank you! I love you! I jumped on my mum and hugged her. I felt bad for doing this while she and dad were fighting.

It didn't take as long as I expected. Soon enough, we were driving to The Facility, but she and dad still weren't talking.

Sil: Thanks, Mum.
Hawke: Just be careful, Silvan. I want you to be careful.
Sil: I promise. I whistled happily as we drove home.

I couldn't wait, so I hurried to my room quickly. But Vesper still wasn't there. I decided to paint the stars of that night. When I was almost done, she appeared.

Sil: Vesper! Look. I'm sorry!
Vesper: Hmm?
Sil: I have a present for you. I quickly got the potion and gave it to Vesper and she took it without question. The worry kicked in late. I didn't even ask her if she wanted to be real! I was selfish. I had always been selfish. I wasn't a real friend to her.

But then she-

Vesper: Woah!
Sil: Vesper!
Vesper: Wow. That was cool!

I was excited. Really, but then she suddenly grew up on me.

Nobody in the house questioned. I guess mum already told them. They welcomed her warmly, and mum sent her to the spare room and got her a station to work on tinkering. I don't know why that, but Vesper liked it.

I had my birthday soon after that, mum had wanted to throw a little dinner, but she and dad still weren't talking. So, yeah. I was wondering how we were going to eat together.

Then mum insisted we boys go for a night ride. We went to the diner and we saw Miss Mary-Sue there.

Nature suddenly decided it was time to go twice my height. Mum will be furious! Everyone celebrated with me, even Miss Mary-Sue, who seemed well-acquainted with dad.

But things escalated and I don't know. Maybe this was why mum and dad fought? It didn't seem like it. My dad was rarely out and he never touched his phone unless it was work-related. Could be something long ago that wasn't given closure. I couldn't get mad at dad. That explains it, I guess. Synth just stood there staring.

We got home, and mum didn't look surprised. Vesper stood by the door with her.

Hawke: Hello, kiddo.
Sil: Mum, sorry. I scratched my head.
Hawke: Curly! I like that. She teased.

But mum and dad still weren't talking to each other.

Kiwi: Wife.
Hawke: You're making this worse for me.
Kiwi: How many times do I have to tell you?
Hawke: I will never understand!
Kiwi: You're pregnant, I don't want anything to happen to you. Okay. Fine. So what if you were born male? That was ages ago. You haven't even learned to be what society thinks as a proper man. Darn it, Hawke. Can't you just believe that I love you?
Hawke: No. I don't even understand your motivation for marrying me when you knew from the start.
Kiwi: Know that I haven't told you everything.
Hawke: Wow, tell me what I don't know.
Kiwi: I wasn't supposed to marry you.
Hawke: Hahahahaha. Hawke laughed but she was hurt. I should probably move out after this conversation.
Kiwi: No, that's not what I meant. It's your mother.
Hawke: How is my mother involved in this?
Kiwi: My family's one of your family's consort.
Hawke: Psh. I'm not buying that story.
Kiwi: Listen, please.
Hawke: Fine. Talk. And talk fast. I'm not going to stay here long.
Kiwi: I was just supposed to give you aid, help you out. But you know, I'm younger than you and totally crazy. I just "snapped" and suddenly, I don't know. I just had to marry you.
Hawke: Totally believable. You done?
Kiwi: I love you.
Hawke: That's not going to get you anywhere.
Kiwi: Then, just until after the baby's born. I swear, I swear. I'll let you go.

I thought I only wanted friendship from Vesper. I thought wrong. It could have been hormones, but I wasn't attracted to anyone in school, leaving out the fact that I don't really know a lot of girls.

She's going to prom with me!

But mum and dad still weren't talking to each other, I think.

Triple the Trouble!

Hawke: There were things that my husband hasn't told me- things that Poncho had long been saying and I never understood. Until that dreadful day I gave birth.

But before that, I have to say that Vesper is a sweet girl. She's not my daughter, probably nobody's, knowing that she was Silvan's imaginary friend.

Speaking of Silvan, he and Poncho had been BFFF, which I find weird. Silvan never cleans after his mess and refuses to take baths until he smells. I keep wondering how Poncho can stand all that, knowing his nature.

Invisible Weirdo: I swear I didn't have a hand in that.

Hawke: And before that, too, Kiwi and I tried to act normal. We both weren't. It turns out, or so he tells me, he's come from a lineage that swore loyalty to my father. Heh. This family secrets thing is getting its claws buried skin-deep to me, too. But I couldn't care less. I felt used. I'm being emotional. I'm pregnant and hormonal, so I have an excuse.

Just look at my slob of a son. But Vesper doesn't seem to mind. I guess her eccentricity makes her more understanding, which I find ironic.

Hawke: Kiwi, he tries to woo me. I can't forgive him, yet. I can't forgive myself. I guess I'm mad because he knew before I told him. He knew all along. And part of me rages at the fact that he could have helped me out of this mess, but just made me sink deeper. It's like a bonus to him that I *cough love him, too. This is becoming senseless. Ugh. I'm supposed to be a man.
Invisible Weirdo: But you only know how to be not one.
Hawke: I guess. Should I keep rubbing salt in my wounds by telling everyone I only lived until less than three or so? Sigh. You torment me, voice in my head.
Invisible Weirdo: I should probably tell you that this family will be plagued by my voice for generations.
Hawke: Oh, curse it!
Invisible Weirdo: Quite the contrary, I'm a blessing.
Hawke: Anyway, he tried sweeping me off my feet, one night. I almost fell for it, but I left before I let myself fall victim to his charm. Darn that man. He's childish and sweet, and thoughtful at the same time.

Invisible Weirdo: You forgot sly.
Hawke: That, too. Oh, stop reminding me of the bad things!
Invisible Weirdo: That's what made him Kiwi, darling. He's a pretty cool dad, too. He's young. I give him that.
Hawke: You're not helping. I should force myself to age after this birth so I can die. Maybe then I'll be free of this body.
Invisible Weirdo: You don't listen to Poncho, that's why you're in this mess.
Hawke: I can't go back to that past and rewind things can I?
Invisible Weirdo: I can already see Vesper building you a time-machine. In the future.
Hawke: You and your uselessness.
Invisible Weirdo: You do know Kiwi's mother died before your due, no?

Hawke: I only met his mother once. In the gym. Heavens, Talei, I even thought you to be gorgeous! I'm a calamity.
Invisible Weirdo: You're his mother's age.
Hawke: I am not! She died first, as you've said, and by a dozen years, days, you choose which you prefer. By the way, I think that I've been having boys because I didn't listen to the doctor, actually, I never went to see one. So I did during this pregnancy. I was advised to watch the kids channel and think that all the sims in it look like watermelons, or are talking watermelons. Anything I wanted, so long as they looked like watermelons. Where did "anything I want" shed its light? I didn't understand the logic, but fine. I did what the doctor advised me.

Synth: Dad! Dad! What do we do! What do we do!
Kiwi: Don't look at me. I'm new to this!
Synth: Where were you when mum was in labor with me!
Kiwi: In the car. Waiting.

Hawke: I never should have listened to that bat. I almost died giving birth to three girls! THREE girls! But then I lost consciousness, and the next thing I know I can't talk. I remember being put in a basket and I don't know how they made me fit, along with two others.

Hawke: Who, I found out later, are my twin sisters. Okay, so triplets. But no! What just happened? Why am I in my child's body? And why is my body walking around in my clothes?

Invisible Weirdo: You don't have a body. It's was consumed by the fire years ago. And regarding your query, Hawke-turned Missus Hale-turned Karela Hale, you managed to leave a bit of spirit to let erm, Smiley's body move around. Don't you feel bad for the girl? She's become a mindless zombie. Hmm, where could the real Smiley be? Tick. Tack. Someone's getting their dues, someday.
Hawke: Wow, thanks for telling me something I didn't want to remember, and don't wish to know. I was kicked out in that tan-man's body, and I still haven't found out how and why. Now this. Now. Now. Gah! Dreadful! I found out that my new name is Karela. And that my "sisters" are Kathilla and Karavella. And I'm the eldest. I can't see myself referring to my daughters and myself as sisters. Curse it all!
Invisible Weirdo: You like your name? I was the one that whispered it to the nurse. Synonyms of bitter gourd. Because you're bitter, I bet more.
Hawke: Why did you do that?
Invisible Weirdo: You passed out, and erm, got into your new body. And Kiwi didn't know what you wanted.
Hawke: Who are you to do that?
Invisible Weirdo: I'm their aunt, of some sort. Yours too, now. Anyway. You'll see me soon, don't worry. Imagine me winking. Now.
Hawke: I can't. You probably look ghastly and horrible.
Invisible Weirdo: Meh. I'm quite a beauty.
Hawke: I'm ignoring that. By some leap of faith, I don't know what else to call it, Vesper tried talking to me. Is this her sixth sense?

Vesper: Don't worry, Mum. I'll help you. I'll help you. There, there, you pretty little girl.

Hawke: She calls me Mum because I'm Silvan's mum. I didn't mind. But what she said didn't make sense. The one near me is Kathilla. My daughters posses this distinguishable faint smell.
Invisible Weirdo: Again, you gave them part of you.
Hawke: How about my sons?
Invisible Weirdo: They're immune. *Cough.
Hawke: I'm not giving them sickness.
Invisible Weirdo: I'm not saying that! I'm telling you because you can't get out of your softie prison, that Poncho's been sniffing and following Smiley's body. He's a little disturbed, he hasn't quite figure out where you went, because he's being kept out of the house.

Hawke: I'd be suspicious too, I'd never worn anything that revealed so much skin. Tell Kiwi to let him in.
Invisible Weirdo: No way he's allowing him in, he's the one who sweet-talked Poncho out in the first place.
Hawke: Problems after problems. I keep pooping my cloth. And Kiwi keeps cleaning after me. Dear, Watcher. We haven't resolved our issues and now this.
Invisible Weirdo: You're the stubborn one. Duh. He loves you enough to tolerate your unreasonable stupidity and childishness.
Hawke: If he loved me enough he shouldn't have.
Invisible Weirdo: Big words, you brat! And just to make you feel more guilty, guess who I found trying to and successfully sculpted intertwined hands. And in case you don't know or have never thought about because you're too busy complaining, Kiwi sleeps on the sofa. He leaves Smiley's body alone. Bye, brat. I hope you've gnawing guilt in your microsized gut.

Hawke: I've no idea what's happening with my children, or Kiwi and Poncho beyond my prison.
Invisible Weirdo: Oh, because I'm kind enough, I'll tell you. Synth's a genius, well not technically (he's artistic), but hey. Talk about timely!

Invisible Weirdo: Poncho, erm, he's thinking of going into acrobatics.

Invisible Weirdo: He also thinks Vesper is suspicious and got into a fight with her, that's why he got kicked out of the house, nicely. By your husband.

Invisible Weirdo: Synth's followed a girl home. I don't know her name. I'm bad with names.

Invisible Weirdo: He even thinks about her. And his mother's transformation to a zombie that refuses to talk. You're going to be hated.

Invisible Weirdo: The kids went to prom, but they fought, so they didn't talk to each other. Until one of them asked the other out, I think it's Vesper. Your boy's too shy to say anything properly.

Hawke: Well then, I'll see things for myself this time, on towards the triple birthday!

Hawke: I figured the house won't be quiet for a long, long time.

The girls are almost teenagers, I need to catch up  :-X

Relearning Everything with the Gang

So, I'm back to square one. I can't ask Kiwi about it because I can''t talk. I tried telepathy but it's premature because of this transition. I have no idea how that invisible weirdo talks to me. My body's relearning everything, and I'm doing the same. Oh right. We cried lots before our birthday. Together, I didn't think that we'd be doing lots of things together, then. But we did. We probably will in the future, too.

I have to say I'm pretty excited growing up with my sisters/daughters together. And it's funny now that I think about it, me and my older brothers Garrett and Azrael grew up together and we almost did nothing together. I suppose Poncho will be surprised if he finds me opening up to him. I sort of miss and want him in the house.

Then, my parents were busy and toddler training were at different intervals. They did their best. Now, I'm the eldest of us three. This time my sisters are my daughters, too. Twisted and a little hard to take in at the same time. Blah!

I'm going to mature. I'm resolved to. Train we did, and train we will. On to childhood, charge!

Potty training is an absolute must. No? This, we had to do separately, obviously.

While we did other things, we did them together. I don't know. Kiwi and the boys insist we do them together. Whether it's outside,

or inside the house.

Don't even bother looking for the mother. But she's here anyway, I'm glad someone's still there to teach Silvan things. There's still some sim function in her.

Silvan's responsible. I'm glad with how my son *cough brother is becoming.

And he can't seem to get his eyes off Vesper.

Oh, right. I'm brown-haired Karela. Green-haired Kathilla's the one after me, and blonde Karavella's the youngest. Everyone in the house came up with nicknames too, but me. Kathilla's Hill. Karavella's Rave. Guyish nicknames. I wonder how they'll call me. My name's too weird. I also feel that I inherited least from Smiley.

At day's end.

Rave sleeps the most, and is the cry-baby.

Hill's the one who's most stubborn.

And adorable, too.

As for me, I feel bad for never forgiving Kiwi. My sons are right, he's a cool dad. I'll apologize when I'm older.

Especially since we're bonding often.

Dot. Dot.

When we're not training, the girls are crashing Synth's room. He doesn't seem to mind.

I don't. I need to play with these entertaining thingies, sometimes either girls join me.

The days went on as usual, we read books together and other things. Some more things. It was becoming monotonous. Until Silvan decided to drop the bomb. I wondered if Kiwi had something to do with it. Or if it was Griffin breaking his silence.

[I wouldn't blame the man, he's old and doesn't have much left]

It was during Griffin's visit that Smiley decided to age on us. And he can't get anything out of Smiley. She was absent-minded all the time.

Poncho aged in hiding, outside the house. Poor Poncho.

I miss Poncho.

I can' wait to grow up. I need to talk to Poncho.

But I found out that I can have another kind of conversation- with my sisters. I've decided I'll stop calling my kids, kids. They're my siblings now. That makes me a little sad.

This is one of those gang conferences. It was Hill's turn to be on the lookout.

LOL. I totally forgot to show Synth's passage to teen-hood. I'm sorry! Anyway you'll see a proper view of him in the next chapters. I can't figure whose genes he is mainly, except the puffed bags under his eyes is totally Kiwi.

Also, wewoo! I see Karela [Presently Carver's Vessel] as a queen bee. She has that potential, really. You'll see what I mean.  8)

To Childhood!

Hawke: They finally let Poncho in! It made me happy, and what made me happier was that my hazy telepathy registered with Poncho's.
Invisible Weirdo: Synth's getting involved with someone, in case you're interested.
Hawke: Hush, you're ruining my private time with Poncho.
Invisible Weirdo: I don't think so. This girl's involved with another guy.
Hawke: Who is this girl?
Invisible Weirdo: Her name escapes me. I told you I'm bad with names, haven't I? But I can paint you a picture if you like.

Hawke: I am not amused.
Invisible Weirdo: Who told you this news is for amusement? Leave your brother alone. He's meant to get hurt and stand up by himself.

Hawke: We'll see. I'm going to have all the excuse to be unreasonable, soon.
Invisible Weirdo: Heh. It might interest you as well, that a taxi trailed your siblings' bus to school. I couldn't catch up with them, I could but I'm not supposed to leave you alone, like totally.
Hawke: What! What has Kiwi said about this?
Invisible Weirdo: He looked into it, don't worry. You've a capable dad. That stung. You should start calling Kiwi "dad," you know.

Hawke didn't answer.

Hawke: When's my birthday?
Invisible Weirdo: Tomorrow. Excited?
Hawke: Poncho!
Invisible Weirdo: Wow, you did not just do that.
Hawke: I just ignored you, Hawke mumbled, the toddler way.

The birthday came.

One by one, the candles flickered and lost their light.

Invisible Weirdo: Smiley's got good genes. So does your dad.
Hawke: Right. Thanks.

Hawke: Introducing, Karavella, Rave. She has Smiley's violet eyes. I think it's a possession manifestation, so I don't understand why it's showing through the next generation.

Hawke: My other sister, Kathilla, Hill. She's gotten the green hair that the possession gave Smiley. Both her and Smiley aren't showing signs of fading or change in hair color. The same conclusion.

Hawke: And then there's me, Karela, with Synth. I've inherited none from Smiley, except maybe the shape of my eyes and the complexion. But I've got her genes, alright, and I'm still without a nickname.

Hawke: I thought I should start paving the path to my career, and I'm thinking of working in The Facility. With my work from the military, I figured I can find out more things if I entered the lab. I started burning my brows for what this world calls logic.

Poncho: Hawk, I can see that you don't seem to care that you've gotten a new body.
Hawke: I do care, I mind. I can't see myself getting used to calling "my" husband dad every time I give birth to a girl.
Poncho: That's just how things work.
Hawke: Tell me, why do you know so much?
Poncho: Oh, that's a secret. But I'm glad you're starting to listen to me.
Hawke: Very funny, Poncho. Very funny.
Poncho: I'm old. I like the life I've lived. With Smiley, and with you.
Hawke: Hey, hey. Stop right there! Hawke abandoned the computer and turned to Poncho. You're not saying anything like that anymore.
Poncho: But that's the truth, isn't it? I'm going to die, while you- you'll be stuck here living and reliving. You won't die. You'll be stuck in this cycle of rebirth. And I'm sorry I lied, I know nothing about freeing you from getting out of the female sim.
Hawke: You sound like a sim!
Poncho: What do you expect, I'm surrounded by your kind. I've not met any cat or horse after we moved in this house. I like your family, by the way. You're much better here than with that Griffin. Oh, dear. I'm going to die.
Hawke: Stop saying that, cat. A light pinch. It was when Hawke understood how Kiwi felt when she joked about her grave. The sad thing was, Kiwi was the one who was going to die, not the Carver Hawke that he was, not the Karela Hale that she's become. She teared up a little.
Poncho: It's too early to cry. I won't die soon.
Hawke: Right. She laughed it off. That tear was for Kiwi and for Poncho. That tear was with love.

Hawke spent an awful lot of time with Poncho, giving little chance to Hill and Silvan, who loved Poncho as much.

Poncho: I told you I'm not going to die soon. Stop pestering me!
Hawke: Oh, you. Stop being so shy.
Poncho: Fact check, I hate crowds.
Hawke: I'm a crowd?
Poncho: You're mouthful.

Hawke: Stop being a snob, Poncho cat.
Poncho: I am a cat. They heard the sound of the ice cream truck. You should go.
Hawke: What, I don't need ice cream.
Poncho: You never tasted ice cream, you sad thing.
Hawke: I don't need it. You haven't.
Poncho: Oh, I didn't think you wanted me to die so badly.
Hawke: I did not say that!
Poncho: Really? Then go buy ice cream for yourself. You don't know how ice cream tastes like.
Hawke: Okay, okay. You didn't have to keep saying it! Stop being repetitive!
Poncho: So are you.

Off Hawke went.

Hawke: Poncho almost always shooed me away. I don't understand what's in that cat's mind. I'm worried he's leaving me soon.
Invisible Weirdo: Worrywart. He's told you, no? He's not going to leave so soon. Trust the cat, cats never lie. They just, you know, order sims around.
Hawke: Touche.

The family finds time to play. Kiwi managed a good lie, that their mother's health and brain were degenerating and some incomprehensible terms. They didn't dare question and chose to spend time with her. Kiwi doesn't, he won't. It left his children puzzled, all but Karela.

Invisible Weirdo: Admit it, she's fun.
Hawke: I never said otherwise.

Invisible Weirdo: Yet, you insist on playing without her.
Hawke: I can't help it, it's weird.

Hawke almost didn't have time to talk with her siblings. She seldom comes out to play, and when she does, she usually just looks at them. And when she's busy, something important happens.

Hill: Rave, you know. I'm thinking of running away.
Rave: Why would you do that? Aren't you happy here?
Hill: Nothing, really. I just want to explore the world.
Rave: At eleven? We don't have money. You don't have money.
Hill: I've convinced dad. I'm leaving tomorrow.

That night, Rave made sure to check the bed for monsters. She was going to lose her roommate, after all.

OMG LOL this is embarrassing. I haven't exactly kept track of my bandwidth use and yeah, I'm going to restrain myself.

Account resets on the 30th. Until then, I'll have to deal with this for 13 days. Apologies!

It's ok! Have you thought about switching to a different hosting site? The main reason I avoid photobucket is that they have very small space limitations and... well... this. Sorry to hear that your pictures aren't going to load for 13 days! I guess I'll just have to imagine any pictures you put up. ;)

I have, I'm considering it. And I'm probably updating in those 13 days, with a different hosting site.

And an update to everyone, the girls are already teenagers.  ::)

Well, yeah. I couldn't have my screenshots piling up. Here we go. I warn you, though. The narration is going to be random and whimsical.

Hill Disappears

Hawke: Hill, she disappeared. I don't know what happened, but she did. And the thing is, I'm not the least worried. What's wrong?
Invisible Weirdo: Erm. I suggest you ask Kiwi?
Hawke: That's why!
Invisible Weirdo: Can't be more obvious, can it?

Hawke: Then, I got distracted by Silvan sinking into a bit of depression. The amphibian Poncho gave him died. The little guy's name is Hardy, and well, he fared well. I worried that he and Vesper may have fought, not that I don't feel anything for Hardy. I felt a bit sad, too. Just  a bit.
Invisible Weirdo: Apathy.
Hawke: Stop butting in, thank you.

Hawke: I chanced upon Kiwi one time, he took a break from sculpting and played chess. His dream is to become a ranked chess-player. But I doubt he'll ever have the chance to become one, his first opponent, Maggie Strong-Chong keeps refusing to have a match with him. Coward.

Hawke: *cough cough. Yo, Kiwi.
Kiwi: Daughter. Are you rebelling?
Hawke: It so happens that my daughter disappears without my knowledge.
Kiwi: What are you saying, your mother and I have talked about this. And Kathilla had been the one to suggest this. She insists that she'll learn nothing here, and unlike you and your brothers, she prefers the instruments. What best decision but to send your sister to a good preparatory school?
Hawke: Sting. You're not doing this.
Kiwi: Listen to me, Karela. I'm your father.
Hawke: You know. You know and yet you-
Kiwi: I'm your father.
Invisible Weirdo: That's the reality of it, Hawke.
Kiwi: We're not going to have this conversation again, understand?

Hawke walked out.

Hawke: Well, then. I won't be getting that chance to apologize for everything.
Invisible Weirdo: You don't like what's happening, do you?
Hawke: Need you ask?

Hawke: So, I decided to just give Hill a call. I do miss her after all.

Hawke: So did Rave.

After talking to this boy who came over, whose name shall be kept hidden for failure of the Watcher to remember.

And Hawke became a scout because she didn't want to wear a tutu, and so she could brag and have a chance to talk to Kiwi, who flatly refused any conversation that involved this revival project. On the other hand, Rave did. And Rave was the least girly of the girls. Hill was having fun at boarding school, what habits she'll bring home will surprise them.

Invisible Weirdo: I've noticed how Kiwi would always have this kind of thought bubble when talking to, or having any kind of interaction with Karela. Oh, well. It's not exactly my problem. Interpreting things is the Watcher's job, not the pest that is me.

Hawke: These days, I don't know what Poncho is up to. Smiley's harassing him, feeding him treats like it's the only things she can do to, and for Poncho. I'd love for her to bathe Poncho when he needed one, but no. She never.

And because it happened so long ago, Kiwi aged out of the blue, due to the failure of the Watcher to bring a cake to him.

Invisible Weirdo: Oh, let's not forget about Silvan, who's birthday was also *cough forgotten, that he spent it on the road.

Invisible Weirdo: He must have been so sad nobody watched him grow up, he made faces. Oh, I would, too.

Invisible Weirdo: It's not like the Watcher meant to forget.
Hawke: I feel that this Watcher needs to be dethroned, no?
Invisible Weirdo: Oh, I do. Sometimes I make bets with myself the number of children of this family that will spend birthdays on the road. If you remember, Silvan aged to a teenager outside the diner, with Mary-Sue watching. Oh, the pain!
Hawke: Who's side are you on, again? I didn't see my own son grow up to be the beautiful boy, and man that he is now.
Invisible Weirdo: Fact check, older brother.
Hawke: Okay, fine!

Watcher also forgot to throw a birthday for Vesper.

Invisible Weirdo: Who, aged up in the bathroom. Leaving that aside, unlike Silvan, she looks happy.

Invisible Weirdo: And she looks like this, now.

Silvan was on his way home, so he made sure to check on his girlfriend.

Sil: Vesper. You...
Vesper: Well, we surprised each other! Surprise!

Sil: Since we're already at that age, we can-
Vesper: Make sim babies! Or wait, will they turn out like me? What, what! She turns panicky.
Sil: Let's do that after we get married, yeah?
Vesper: What- What are you doing!
Sil: This is called a proposal, hon.

Vesper: A proposal. I've only read them in the books, seen them in the movies I've watched with your sisters!
Sil: True, I was never the type to go to the theater anyway. So, I'd like to continue, yes?
Vesper: So, go! I'm waiting! She was giddy.
Sil: Will, you, Vesper Hale, become officially, Vesper Hale, and marry me?

Sil: Love, slow down. We don't want the floor giving up on us.
Vesper: Of course, I want to marry you! Are you kidding! You're not popular but I am sooo marrying you!
Sil: You're happy.
Vesper: Because you make me.

The two dispersed and acted like nothing happened.

Invisible Weirdo: Wherever Silvan ran off to, who knows. So long as I witnessed what just happened. That's enough for me. I guess everyone's going to expect a marriage happening?
Hawke: Why are you so cynical?
Invisible Weirdo:  Oh, I'm cynical?

Watcher won't disappoint.

Invisible Weirdo: It's about time this family gets a proper celebration in order.

I'm feeling groggy as I'm fresh from my immersion trip home, but I couldn't sleep through an update that I know I can finish now.

After-wedding

Hawke: Silvan and Vesper decided to marry right away, like soon. They would have wanted to wait for Hill to come home, but I sense something like a meddling Watcher whispering senseless stuff for them to decide otherwise.
Invisible Weirdo: But unlike somebody I know, Silvan got married properly, and he's probably going to be properly happy.
Hawke: There is no such thing as properly happy.
Invisible Weirdo: Oh, you dare suggest otherwise? Silvan is a Hawke, even if he looks more like Griffin Alto and less of Lemons, who isn't strictly Hawke. Point is, a Hawke deserves to be happy. Last time I checked you're all miserable.
Hawke: Stop deviating from the topic of interest. Dealing with you is beyond me at the moment.
Invisible Weirdo: What, because you didn't expect you'd react like how you did in the wedding? I could laugh and you could've heard it, but I won't, I didn't.
Hawke: Because you can't. And you should stop spoiling the whole affair.
Invisible Weirdo: Spoil? What spoil? You Hawkes should change your last name to Miserables.

Hawke: I don't remember such a thing! Anyway, we all called Hill to tell her Silvan and Vesper's will.
Invisible Weirdo: Arrange that properly and you'll get a rhyming poem.
Hawke: Won't count as a poem. You're not important.
Invisible Weirdo: Ouch. Let me take over from here, to show how I'm important.
Hawke: Gosh, you're unreasonable.
Invisible Weirdo: Thanks, love.

Hawke doesn't see everything, and can't hear anything at the moment, not prematurely anyway. Silvan and Vesper are happy, like incredibly. Everyone in the house wishes them happiness that'll last. And I'm betting on it, everyone's seen how much Sil adores Vesper.

Silvan: Hey, hon.
Vesper: Hon sounds funny, Sil.
Silvan: Oh, I'll come up with something better.
Vesper: So, I was wondering, why are you here?
Silvan: We're not even married yet, and you're already acting like that?
Vesper: Sheez. Hasn't anyone told you, it's bad luck to see the bride before the ceremony!
Silvan: What are you, where have you learned stuff like that!
Vesper: Your mum never saw your father before they married. Poof! They married the moment they met!
Silvan: That's adorable, hon. But there's a limit to this cuteness.
Vesper: I'm not being cute, and I'm not stupid.
Silvan: You're seriously shooing me off?
Vesper: Of course! Wait, I love you!
Silvan: I know. Silvan smirked. See you later.

They called Hill, sure. Hill was excited but she couldn't do anything. Left with no choice, she sent her brother and her new sister congratulations and happiness, even promising to send a card to showcase her new skills, or something.

While the groom was busy finding other people to pester, and the bride being giddy and looking out the glass door, the father went to prepare the buffet table. Nobody in the house could cook, he set the bar ready but forgot to call in a bartender.

Kiwi: Forget it, the guests are mostly kids anyway.

Heh. I call it laziness. Why don't the adults follow the new adults' eagerness? The two got ready to exchange their vows without waiting for the guests.

Except the important people. Daniel Pleasant came. He and Hawke did not talk whatsoever. Hawke wasn't interested in ironing out things before the poor man's last breath.

Of course, Griffin Alto came. He took this chance to see his son again! And his son's mother was bordering senility, refusing to be hostile to him. He didn't expect her sudden lax attitude with regards to their son.

Griffin: What old age can do, I suppose. He shrugged and scratched the back of his neck.

Smiley Lemons wasn't going to stop him from attending his son's wedding, though. No one could.

And funny how the fathers were the most emotional. Smiley was her usual, smiley face.

And because I'm a horrible narrator, I'm just going to say they exchanged cheesy and awkward stuff as they exchanged rings. I'm quite the romantic, aren't I? I dread myself.

I just ruined the Watcher's effort with this wedding.

There were guests, whom I won't bother name. I don't think they're important. But honestly, it's just my excuse for the lame-ity of my memory. Ugh, confessing this tires me. But this isn't about me, so.

They cut the cake. Why are there cakes in weddings? I just don't see the point. I'm not bitter. I'm not like Hawke. I'm just curious. And believe me, they were surrounded by a multitude of unnamed people who just went for the cake.

Which you'll see in 3...

2...

1...

What were the newlyweds doing in the corner, you ask?

Why, dancing of course! The lovebirds retreated into their special spot to dance. They ignored the clamor the guests were insinuating with the cake.

The two were in euphoria.

The two were busy dancing to their love. Vesper, especially. I mean with regards to dancing.

It was so sweet, it looked like a prenup shot.

And while they were at it, Kiwi and Karela *cough Hawke, were busy themselves.

Kiwi: As promised, I'm moving out.
Hawke: What are you saying.  Firstly, you promised to leave when the baby was born, which ended up being babies. You couldn't leave three newborns to that zombie woman and teenagers. I understood. Now, you wish to leave us fatherless with a mother, with a stranger? Are you serious!
Kiwi: I knew you'd say that.
Hawke: Say what?

Kiwi just smiled.

Kiwi: Nothing, but I think we should leave the house to Sil. He's going to start a family, and he needs everything he can. The first step is us moving out. The house is full, and chaotic.
Hawke: Uhuh. There's more to it is there.
Kiwi: Well, let me ask you. What does an architect, and simoleons do together? Nothing? A house!
Hawke: Talk straight. I have no time for this. She said as she munched down the cake.
Kiwi: Red velvet.
Hawke: What?
Kiwi: I got a house ready. And some 42,000 simoleons was spent.
Hawke: That's a lot.
Kiwi: We've over 10,000 left.
Hawke: Why have you kept this from me?
Kiwi: Because you're my daughter. And with the way your mother is, I make the decisions alone.
Hawke: What is this, Kiwi?
Kiwi: That's "father," Karela. Or "dad."
Hawke: Psh.

Of course, I was curious, and left them celebrate the night. I ran off and saw this newly built, and unfinished house. This so called "architect" Kiwi mentioned was horrible and inefficient. Gah! Over 42,000 simoleons spent for a house that's ill-built!

First floor.

Person 1, which I identified as the architect said: You think he's going to find out?
Person 2: Are you kidding!  You filled the house with expensive trash, he won't notice!
Person 1: You've insulted my capacity, and competence.
Person 3: The way I see it, he was just telling you what he saw.

Second floor.

Person 1: Look! An ultra-mega-weird-looking flashing light!
Person 2 and 3 turn to look: Where!

Person 1 took the chance to leave. Good job, Kiwi. Good job.

To heck with what the invisible weirdo says, Watcher thinks it doesn't look that bad from the outside.

At the end of the day, Life should ask you, "Do you want to save changes?"

And, well. I thought they were cute, so.

This is Silvan with Vesper in toy form!

At the end of the day, Life should ask you, "Do you want to save changes?"

Why not try a misc-stery?

Ugh, even I'm confused with my character's point of views.

New House Feels

Hawke: Poncho hadn't been in the house since Sil and Vesper got married, until we moved into the house. His disappearance made me feel anxious. I hadn't felt like this when Hill disappeared. Poncho, Poncho. Where are you? I sat at the bar stool to contemplate. A lot has happened in this series of lifetimes.

I don't know what Kiwi, rather, dad was busy with. He immediately vanished to someplace I assumed his room, rather, their room. I wonder how Kiwi feels about all of this. I'm still finding it difficult to call him dad. But true enough, he's become a father to me, and me, a daughter to him. I tried countless times to talk to him about this chaos, but he refuses to even look at me properly when he senses I'm to talk to him about it. He leaves me wondering about his being. Is this even agreeable to him? He claims to have loved me knowing I was Carver Hawke, born male, trapped in a woman's body. I've accepted that now- that I'm no longer male, since protest is futile until I understand what's actually happening. Is Kiwi to die without forgiving me? I'm dying to know.

I thought about my dear Kathilla. Is she sleeping well? Is she doing alright in Art School? I hope nobody bullies her. She's strong and level-headed, but I can't help worry about her. I don't see her, nor have the same classes with her. I only hear her voice and her stories, but they could be not telling me things I should know. Come to think of it, we haven't really talked, not as much as she and Karavella. I was always too busy aiming for that logic cap, stretching my thinking limits at this young sim age. I got too busy, I forgot how to play and laugh like we used to, before Hill moved out. Or ran away, or something. I don't know. But whether or not my children are now my siblings, I love them. They're still my blood, my love.

Then, I hadn't known that Hill was sleeping soundly in the room upstairs.

As for Synth, I worry about him. He looks at relationships negatively. He's young but he might deprive himself, being creatively sarcastic, yet stoic. I remember him staring at his brother, as he and Vesper were smiling crazily under that arch. And I remember Silvan complaining about how his little brother was popular when they were younger. Siblings don't tell each other everything, and I assume it applies to parents. But I would be greatly happy to find out what these dears were thinking about, but I couldn't pry. It seemed to me that I would violate them, and their privacy. Aside from the fact that my power, or whatever it's called had regressed and is now developing as I grow.

I worry because I heard him and Kiwi talk over the matter of marriage. I was there, standing, and Kiwi left me alone, acted as if I was this innocent little girl who had only questions and lack of understanding with regards to the matter of life and living. The kind that wouldn't ask questions. But I was old enough. The three of us were old enough to understand things. Synth just ignored me, acted like I didn't exist.

I couldn't blame him. It was really Hill he was closest to, and now she was away.

He busied himself with writing. I think he was retreating to a shell, when Silvan expected him to step out and maintain the popularity. Has the popularity tired him? I can't ask, he doesn't like me prying.

I tried, but he walked fast and ahead of me. He was as cold as winter.

Karavella, lovely, lovely uncanny and inquisitive girl. She liked to paint, like Silvan and Synth liked to paint. She insisted on becoming a forensic analyst, and started working on skills she thought she needed. But she mostly just painted, because she liked to paint. I would be my awkward self and accompany her as she paints, doing the only thing I was capable of at my age, playing chess by myself. We both didn't mind the dim light, but I think it would be more damaging to her if she continued to paint that way. There are still some problems with ventilation in this house, but I couldn't say anything about it to Kiwi.

I've not really talked to anyone in this house. Not chatted and laughed with anyone in this house. I isolated myself from what I was supposed to call my family, all because of my confusion and delusions.

I ran out of dreams to dream of, so I got off the chair and went out for some air. I was surprised, but delighted to see Hill home. It wasn't anything exciting, but it was truly happy. I stood there watching her until Rave walked in and broke the moment.

Rave: Hilly! You're home! Hill jumped to hug Rave. Hawke was slightly hurt.
Hill: I missed you!
Rave: Why are you home? Have you graduated? What, why are you home!
Hill: Sheesh, I can't be in my own house?
Rave: I was just asking, you know.

I butt in, I wanted to be in that moment too, we were supposed to be a trio.

Hawke: Welcome home, Hill!
Hill: Aw, come'ere, you! She acted like we were the closest siblings. It was one thing I couldn't do- break down walls.

It was the happiest day before an unexpected event. Well, events.

And, Hill aged went first, I don't know why. Is this what Art School did to her? I'll have to admit, though, she's the most mature since day one

Then, Karavella. Something fishy's going on. If this is going to be arranged based on the level of maturity, gah, forget it.

And, I had the five second growth spurt last. I really don't understand the logic of this, when I feel that I'm nearing the cap.

Then things happened. Karavella was brave, I should probably start calling her Rave. She saved Kiwi from this little accident when he explored other materials and played with metal.

And the two closest did what they thought right, play. Because for so long, they haven't.

While I signed up for debate club. I needed the logic boost. I think I skipped through some and signed up for the sports club too. Geh. I'll have more time to think about all of these soon. Soon enough. For now, I'd like to live as a teenager, because I skipped that part and became a mother.

A lot has happened, but I ask the same question:

Poncho, where are you?

Is Poncho really going to die? Nooooo! I don't want him to die! I'll be truly sad if he does. Though I don't know if there are any rules about keeping the animals alive in a Reincarnation Project...
I'm actually debating about doing one of these projects myself. I have the story laid out and everything, but I'm just too nervous to post it. Silly reason. I'm just focusing on the other stories now myself.

Anyways, I love how complicated things are for poor Hawke. He's a mother and a sister and a daughter now but all for the wrong people! And in the wrong gender! You've captured it so perfectly. Kiwi seems awfully cold to her though, which is what saddens me. In fact, everyone seems cold to her.

Oh, it'd be nice to see another LivvieLove story up! Take your time, though I'm already excited now that you mentioned it. It's really up to you, although I do enjoy your stories and I'm sure I'll enjoy more from you. [Have you noticed, this is reverse psychology. Haha. Kidding]

Regarding Poncho, I tried a lot of things but I really can't make him load. He's become this invisible cat, though my sims can interact with him, I can't direct interactions myself. And because I can't see him, I haven't taken any shot.  :'( And there aren't rules in keeping them, but with the way things are, Poncho'll still be around. In some ways or another.

Everyone is, Poncho's the only one who's actually there and listening.
