Error when trying to download The Prism Art Studio (solved)

Wasn't sure of the best place to post this sense I didn't see a place for store issues.
I just purchased The Prism Art Studio and every time I try to download it I get the error message. There was an error while downloading content. Please see log for more details.

When I check the log the info in it was:
2014/02/09|01:22:21|OFB-SIM3:71911|Store Download Failure. Expected more bytes from the server.||Missing 1979194 bytes. Server download content 85888123 bytes. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Hi Grimsoul,

Thank you SO much for posting the error message. It helps in searching the problem out. Along with the suggestions below, try using a different browser to log into the store? We use Firefox when we do anything with the Sims 3 Store.

Some of the suggestions I see are: (Links are below if you want to read on the suggestions)

1. Check that you're antivirus program is not blocking it.
2. Make sure you're patched to the current patch level, which is 1.67.
3. Try downloading via the in-game store.

Thank you MrsFlynn, I tried a different browser, Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, and it download just fine.
