Ok, I tried to do a factory reset, and nothing changed, though I'm not sure I did it right. That aside, I then decided to uninstall the game and delete every file from the game I could find. I actually found a bunch of "EP02" related files, from my failed installation of Ambitions years ago. I reinstalled the base game, and reinstalled my downloaded content (because that was the stuff that had the most obvious problems.) I put all of the detail options all the way up, restarted the game, and the problem was
still there. Breasts are strangely shaped, and clothes are too clingy in the chest area.
Now, it's possible that it's supposed to look that way, and I'm just imagining things. It looks really strange to me though, and it looks different and better in CAS. I don't remember Sims ever looking any different between CAS and gameplay.
EDIT:
Since Photobucket apparently isn't working, we'll try a different image hosting service. They're thumbnails, click on them to see them bigger, this is was the best I could do on short notice.

EDIT2: Oh yeah, one more thing. When I launch the game, it says there's a new patch for my Sims 3 store content. (It's not just the new content that has the problem, though.) When I say to download it, it doesn't do anything, but if I refresh and tell it to download enough times, eventually a box saying "Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000038 at address 0x100613b0.
Do you wish to debug it ?" comes up, and when I say yes, the launcher quits and nothing happens.
