This seems like a very interesting venue in my opinion. If you are interested there is at least 1 lotto where you have a chance of winning this on the official forum in the Gift Gathering section. All you need to do is post pictures of a sim of yours doing something artsy and add the venue to your wish list when it comes out.

anything that brings more skills for my Sims is gratefully snapped up.
I really enjoy the artistic trait in my Sims, it just adds so much that makes socials easier and brings tons of things to lock for Life Time wish points.

That's a shame By the way, has anyone worked out how to put the stained glass windows into your house as actual windows?

Edit: Oh, and just realised all the jewellery pieces are in CAS too, bonus!
