If I posted a message in a thread a while ago and don't want it to show up in my "Show new replies to your posts" part, is there a way to stop "following" the thread, I guess. Thanks for any replies!

There isn't a way to "unfollow" a thread, only boards.

I'm not sure if I understand the question, but here's what I'm doing.

I did a test of "following" this thread (Replies to Posts). I clicked Notify, which will send an email to me when anyone posts in this particular thread.

When you no longer want to follow a particular thread, click the Unnotify button. This should stop the emails from the thread.

Click + button by Attachments and other options down below your post. If you want to be notified of replies, make sure that's checked. If not, clear that box.

Still testing...

Testing to see if it emails me. And if it does email me what it sends. I think if I remember correctly when I did this before with another thread it sent an email with a link to Unnotify or Unsubscribe from the thread.

*Edit* Yes, the forum will send an email letting you know of new posts. At the bottom of the email is an unsubscribe button.

I've tried the option of unnotifying but I don't have a problem with emails. I don't mind them, I just don't want the threads that I'm not longer interested in showing up in replies to my posts.

I'm assuming if you can unsubscribe from the posts in a thread, you can do that for the boards also. Go to the board you want to unsubscribe from and click Unnotify.

I did PM Pam to get her advice on this. So I'm hoping she'll stop by and give us a few tips.
