Can't download store content

Hi!

I just bought Roaring Heights and I was trying to install it, but it didn't work. When I clicked on the download link, the launcher appeared and showed my previous downloaded content. But Roaring Heights wasn't there. I tried a few times but the same thing kept happening.

What should I do? I've downloaded store content before and it have worked just fine.

Help please?

Check your downloads folder to see if it's been downloaded.

-- Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads

If you have a lot of files in your downloads folder, sort the list by date modified to show the newest files on top of the list.

If Roaring Heights is there (RoaringHeights.Sims3Pack or RoaringHeightsGold.Sims3Pack) - Depending on what version was purchased.
