Problem with House Download.

Greeting Guys

I Have a Problem with my Sims 3 House Download it doesn't seem to appear in the lot but the items inside of it can be found just the house is missing. to make it more clear i tried a build mode and the items that come with the house can be place and appeared on the buy mode, but if you try to put a house on a vacant lot it doesn't appear... can anyone help me with my problem? 

Thanks... i download alot of houses but it still doesn't show on the lot when i tried to put it.

I have full expansion up to University Life but planning on buying Island Paradise.

I am unsure of the exact problem you are having. Is this a house that you downloaded and are trying to place in a world now? If so, does the house have any CC or mods used when it was created?

Yes. it has... i don't know if its bug but i downloaded a-lot of houses and they all appeared in my house inventory but when i tried to put it in a vacant lot it doesn't appear... don't know what's the problem.

Are you able to put other houses on empty lots?  It could be that the house you are trying to place has some bad CC or a mod and wont work properly in your game.  It is wise to be careful with anything you download since it can corrupt your game.
