Time Mods

Currently, I have installed Nraas' Relativity mod. I love that I can slow down the timing but it's been giving me a lot of problems in my game. Does anybody know of any similar mods that I could try out? I really would rather not play without it. It's much more reasonable timing for everything and I'm enjoying it except for the issues.
