Climatron Control Unit

Does this LTR allow sims to change the temperature or just the weather (rain, snow, sun)?

I don't remember it allowing for temperature changes. Just weather like snow and rain.

Thanks, Trip! Also, does anybody know if I turn off snow in the settings, for example, can I make it snow using the Climatron Control?
