Gamma has really thrown herself into fishing again.  Denny tries to wait up for her at night, but eventually he gives up and heads to bed.  Most nights she doesn't roll in until 5am!  The family is starting to worry about her.  But thankfully, after many nights of this she comes home early one morning, throws her hands in the air and screams, "I DID IT!  I AM THE BEST FISHERWOMAN IN THE WORLD!!!"



As she was telling her dad about it at breakfast he said, "Ya know honey, maybe it's time to hang up the fishing pole.  You've done pretty much everything you can do when it comes to fishing, why not take up a new hobby."  "Like what?"  "Oh, I dunno, something that doesn't involve FISH!"



"Well, I dunno dad.  I have heard that there are a lot of opportunities out there for gardeners." 
"Yes, gardening!  That's a great idea!  Your Grandpa LOVES gardening!  I'm sure he'd love your help."

In the meantime, little Delta was growing up, which is bittersweet since he is such a cutie!



Even his Great-Grandpa is going to miss cuddling him.



But thankfully, he's turned into such a handsome little boy.  So far he's a bit neurotic, but he is also a genius so what do you expect?  In his spare time, he likes to pinch pennies and see how far he can make them go.  Kinda boring if you ask me, but whatever floats his boat!



After everyone stopped cheering for his birthday he clapped his hands and said, "Oh goodie, now to redecorate, since obviously you guys were hoping for a girl..."

LOL.  That, "now to redecorate" bit got me laughing.  So is she going to take up gardening?

My guys are currently either fighting with one another or whoo hooing.  They can't seem to make up their minds if they are in love or what.

Joria - Yup, Gamma needs 1 more Opportunity, and since no one in my family is going to Supermax Gardening, I figured that might be a good skill for her to pick up and hopefully get more opportunity options.  She keeps getting fishing opportunities that involve travel, BLEH!

It wasn't long before Mindi had to come back from the dead to see how things were going.  She looked around and though, eh, same as it was when I was here, and then departed peacefully.  That is, after she got in some time on the x-box.



Denny thought it would be a good idea to throw a duel birthday party for Gamma and Delta.  Lots of people came!  And strangely enough, many of them were blue.





And what's a party without a good ol' fashioned fist fight?



Finally it was time to blow out the candles.  Gamma happened to get to her cake first.







And then it was Delta's turn.





Woah, he looks kind of serious, doesn't he?  Cute, but serious.  Which is good because he's gonna need to stay focused to SuperMax logic.  At this point his traits are Genius, Frugal, Neurotic, and Ambitious.

To top the evening off with a BANG Amy decided to come back for the party.  She always seems to know when there's a party goin' down!

Well, Gamma just went from young adult to adult, so she looks the same as she did before.

I love how the ghosts came back to play video games etc.

hahaha, you made me laugh with a good ol' fight at the party, what kind of boring party doesn't have a fight, plus some ghosts flying around, this was for shore "the party everyone will talk about years to come"   Great update!

PS I like Delta's look as a teen! He looks very mysteriously, and as future immortal he shore have some secrets!

Yeah, I think Delta is handsome in a nerdy sort of way.  His eyes are actually purple, like Alpha's.  So at least one family trait is being carried down!  That and Amy Bull's eye shape.

The next day, without much fanfare, Denny aged up to an Elder.



Meanwhile, Alpha was up to his usual tricks.  His child count (including Beta) is now up to 15.



Oh hey, Amy, I didn't see you there!



Delta has met all the girls at school, but unfortunately none of them have really struck his fancy.  This girl seems pretty interesting!  But she's already an adult... *sigh*  



Oh well, she doesn't seem quite... blue enough.

During a great conversation of male bonding, Denny finally broke down and said, "Please Oh PLEASE can I be Immortal with you guys??  Why not?  I'm your very bestest friend in the whole wide world!!"  Alpha had to break in and calm him down.  It was pretty pathetic.



And then it was time for Delta to grow up.  He had worked hard in school and made it on the honor roll (for 3 DAYS IN A ROW!!! Imagine that!), he had surpassed his parents expectations by competing in many chess competitions and even discovering some stars.  They just knew that he was destined for great things.





All the excitement from Delta's party had died down, so there was time for a quiet moment between Gamma and Denny.

Gamma: Oh Denny, you're almost 90 days old now!  How am I ever going to go on without you??
Denny: There there, my dear.  I'm sure you'll be just fine.  You have your father, your grandfather, and our beautiful son to keep you company over the years.  And someday, hopefully there will be grandchildren.



Gamma: *bursting into tears*  Grandchildren!  Grandchildren that I'll never get to experience with you.  *boo hoo hoo*
Denny:  I'm sure I'll still be around, if nothing else, in spirit.
Gamma: Oh Denny, I love you sooooo....
