I had saved her to the bin and when I went into CAS for the new game, I could pull her up using Pre-Made Sims.  After that, it's just like making any other Sim and I can make changes if I want.  I changed a couple of her traits and her LTW.

That is so cool! How do you do that? The only way I know how to save them in the bin is in edit town, copy household but how did you just get her?

You can do it when customizing their appearance.

Ok, you start a game just like any other and go into Create A Sim.  In the lower left corner is a large button with a bunch of heads on it called Pre-Made Sims.  Click on it and you'll get a window with many Sims, including ones that you've saved to the bin.  You can sort them by gender and age.  I originally had Bubblegum as an elder because that's what she was when I saved her.  So, I found her under elders and pulled her up.  Once she was on the platform, I could change anything, including her age.  I made all the Dreamweavers young adults again that way.

When I made that Sim, I was trying to make it look like myself.  My hair's shorter now and not as reddish.  And, of course, I'm not a young adult.  And I'm not that thin, either,
