Oh! I can't lie, I'm wiping my eyes as I sit here typing.  :'( Is it wrong that I'm truly heartbroken that Scarlet died, she was my favorite? I'm hopeful for Forest and the future, what a precious gift Cinnamon and Scarlet gave their family. What a beautiful story. Thank you for taking us on the Dreamweaver's journey, Pam. Well done.

Oh wow. Midnight is dawning  :'( Don't feel bad Good2bgreene if my sister walked in right now she would be worried. She walked in and first thing she said is what's wrong why are you crying? Did I call that one or what. How did you get them to die? I saw a pill, but what was it? I told my sister it feels like they were part of my family cause they have been around so long. So so sad.

I want to ask so many things but I will wait...Scarlet was one of my favorites. Sad to see her go.

Rest in Peace Cinnamon and Scarlet :'(

EDIT: 5 seconds after I posted this I figured out why they were the ones to die. I may not have it all figured out but I got that part at least. Nice work Pam.

The family was devastated by Cinnamon's and Scarlet's deaths.

Especially Forest.  He had agreed, but this was not what he wanted.  Never this.

As they had always done, the family grieved and they gradually healed as much as they could.  Carina went back to gardening, Nectarine went back to her board breaker, and Periwinkle started to sculpt again.  Banana often joined Carina in the garden now that Carina had unlocked the gaits.  Bubblegum, though, had nothing to keep her busy and she still missed Teddy terribly.

Forest was comforted by his sweet Elsa.  His grief slowly faded and he came to realize that the happiest times of his long life were the ones he spent with her.

And so, beside the pond that Christopher built centuries ago, Forest asked Elsa to be his wife.

At long last, there was another Dreamweaver bride.  Forest and Elsa exchanged vows in a simple ceremony with family and friends close by.

They danced all night, past midnight and into the dawn.

There is Love in the house once more.

And Bubblegum has quite a surprise in store.  Who is that behind her throwing confetti at the wedding?

*Whimper* NOOOOOOOOO! I don't want to see the Dreamweavers die! I love them! DO NOT WANT! :'(

I had a bad feeling that's what Midnight was about.  Sigh, do not like death.  But the story's very compelling, and I'm glad for Forest.

Edit: I'm stunned by the pictures you were able to get, though.  Is there really a pill that summons Grim?
