Great update. I was on the edge of my chair, hoping that the mystery of midnight might be revealed.

Cinnamon took Forest and Scarlet to the Bistro so they could talk about the plans for midnight.

Without Forest's cooperation, Cinnamon and Scarlet's sacrifice will be in vain.  But Forest knows, just as Carina knows.  It cannot happen without him and so he will do as he must.  By the time dawn broke at the Bistro, all had been decided.

Forest aged to Adult alone.  Everyone was too busy with other things to remember that his birthday had come.  It's ok, though, because Forest knows that this birthday isn't the important one.  It's his next birthday that will change everything.

Unknown to Forest, the ghosts of two blood Dreamweavers were also awake and watching the house carefully.  It isn't only the living who wait for midnight.

Author's Note:  Forest has completed his SuperMax skill requirement and is at level 5 of the Writing career.

I know Ruby! Why not choose at least Carina and Forest seeing as how Carina started it and Forest will end it!

This last bit is just grueling!  I'm so close to being finished, but it feels like I still have miles left to go.  Forest's life has been difficult from the start and it hasn't really gotten any easier.  It seems like it takes forever to get anything done.  He just made it to level 6 of his career.  He's gotten his Lifetime Wish, BlackOps, and Lifetime Rewards (Acclaimed Author, Speedy Cleaner, and Change of Taste).  It's truly challenging to keep the other 7 occupied and on any sort of a schedule.  Cinnamon finally retired because she's been working forever and getting her off to work seemed like a chore.  Now I'm not so sure if it was a good decision because she's one more to keep occupied.  The worst part is that she went from making $11,000 per day to only $460 per day in retirement.  They don't need the money, of course, but still.  You'd think 200 years as a World Renowned Surgeon would be worth more than that!

Mm, maybe they're Pam's personal fave Dreamweavers? But I thought, at some point- She mentioned that Bubblegum was the prettiest, if not the favourite...
WAIT!
Scarlet's an inventor, right? And Cinnamon is a Scientist...
Midnight must need a scientist and an inventor!
I've got it! ;D

I'm in awe of your ability to come up with such a creative plot and storyline. I'm too busy worrying and planning how to get my second generation to supermax to create plot twists. I'm just grateful when the game randomly hands me drama and intrigue. :)

Thank you, good2bgreene.  I didn't have a plot at all when I started out.  I was probably over halfway through before anything really came to me.

Here's a great picture of all 8 of the Dreamweavers in their performing outfits.

More sad news for the family.  Bubblegum had invited both Teddy Cheek and his brother Gary McClellan over for the evening.  As it often happens, Grim came to collect a soul.  He seems determined to take everyone they love out of revenge that he cannot have the Dreamweavers themselves.

This time it wasn't a husband that Grim took.  But it was the love of Bubblegum's heart and the father of her son.

They couldn't be a real family, but Teddy did the best he could for his son and Forest is proud to call him Dad.

Rest in peace Teddy Cheek, father of Forest Dreamweaver.  He will do you proud, Teddy, I promise.

Oh Poor Forest and Bubblegum.

My official guess is that Teddy Cheeks is the father.
