Does that mean that all of the answers will not be answered when the long pondered and anticipated midnight comes around?

I expect them all to be answered, but Ruby might have other different questions.

This is how the foursome arrived back home from Al Simhara.  It has no meaning; it's just funny.

The house is always so busy that Forest has to lock himself in his room to write.  Now that he's finished with all the quick and short books, he's turned his mind to Mystery novels.  At the moment, he's working on The Dreamweaver Curse.  He took a break on a Saturday to attend a family party at the beach.  Even though he has level 6 Charisma, Forest has a hard time making friends.  He has a wish to have 5 friends and he only has 1.  For some reason, the game isn't counting his family as friends even though he has full relationship bars with most of them.

Bubblegum made sure that some very important people were invited to the party.  Here she is with both Teddy Cheek and Gary McClellan, who has recently aged to Elder.

It's amazing.  These two could be brothers.

Here they are together.  That's Nathaniel Cline in the back.  It was a big day for elderly men at the beach that day.

Forest visited with Teddy, then caught up with Gary in the Men's Room.

Those profiles look a little familiar.

They ran off for home and left poor Forest standing by himself.

This is Forest's grandmother as she was leaving the party.

I'm afraid that's enough of a break, Forest.  Back to your writing now.  The clock is ticking.

Ohh, his gran! It's a huge shame Teddy Cheek and Gary McClellan look so similar, but I suppose that's life... :(
It always makes me laugh when Sims get stuck together like that! :)

I still say it's Gary.  I've been almost 17 hours straight on the fishy challenge but had to read your update before I totally crashed.  It's amazing how much you get done if you don't sleep. lol
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

I've got a couple of new videos.

The first one is the vampire death of Tommy Dreamweaver.

Next is Forest Jamming with Waiting for Midnight

Many years ago, Frank Dreamweaver wrote a book for Carina called Waiting for Midnight.  He placed it in a private bookshelf where it waited for his widow to find it when the time came.  Forest is almost an Adult and the time has finally come.

Cinnamon went to her private office and library for something to read after a long day at the hospital.  She found a book she hadn't noticed before, written by her long departed Beloved.

As she sat to read it, she thought about all the pain her family has endured over these centuries.  It's been 580 years since Carina met Christopher and started this Dynasty.  500 of those years have been without him.  500 years of agony for her great-great grandmother, each generation compounded with more loss as each of the Dreamweaver Loves had no choice but to die so that the family would survive.

She finally started reading.

What she found in those pages rocked her very soul.  Later that night after everyone was asleep, Cinnamon went to the graveyard and mourned Frank as if he had only been gone for a day and not two centuries.

While drying her tears, she knew that she would do as Frank asked...  for Carina and for the others.  But she couldn't do it alone.  There must be two.

The thought literally made her ill.

Cinnamon gave the book to her daughter...  Frank's daughter... because nobody else would follow his instructions.  And Scarlet read.

After Scarlet was finished, they talked.

They talked some more, and then some more.

At last, they agreed.  They would do it and hope that midnight will remember and honor their sacrifice.

Carina knows that midnight will be here soon.  And she tends her special garden every day...  waiting.
