Congrats on Generation 8! So did Bubblegum eat one to many apples or did you just let the game decide? That's definitely not the child I saw for Bubblegum! I guess I had been looking at the living room too long and had pink circles floating in my eyes!!  ;D ;D

Bubblegum got a job the day after Forest was born.  She's pressed for time and has a lot to do.  She may be the most challenging Immortal candidate since Carina.  She's got only 8 days until she ages up to Adult and she still has to reach level 10 of a career, make hundreds of drinks, and serve dozens of Sims.  The Acting career would have been perfect for her, but I couldn't get the Movie Studio placed in Sunset Valley to work right.  And frankly, I don't have the time or patience to fool with it.  So, Bubblegum joined the Political career!  She's already got level 9 Charisma and likes to throw parties, so it's a good match for her.  Besides, who wouldn't want to live in a world where Bubblegum Dreamweaver rules?

A couple of the Immortals were Stir Crazy, so I sent them all to at Stoney Falls so they could get out of the house and have some fun.  Even baby Forest was going to go.

They gathered across the street to take the subway to one of the parks that has baby facilities.

But then, Nectarine put baby Forest on the ground!

And they LEFT him there!

Thank goodness great-grandmother Cinnamon came home from work soon after and rescued the little guy.

The poor baby had to be comforted after the ordeal.

Author's note:  It was some kind of subway bug.  They were stuck in it for 5 hours and never arrived at the destination.  I had to cancel the action for all of them to get them back home.  No harm came to baby Forest.

I saw that you were posting here, so I waited up just so I could read it before I hit the sack.  Thank you for a great laugh!  That is too funny, poor Forest.  Glad he wasn't traumatized.

Congrats on generation 8! ;D

You are gonna have to share with me how you got the other bars in Sunset Valley, I am having a rough time, I was only able to place the grind. I laughed at the last update. I guess being stir crazy makes you do crazy things..like leave babies outside of subways. :D

Just to dive in, I created bars and clubs to fit on the lots of Pinochle Point.  On the Sims3 exchange under ladydragon76 if you want to look at them.  They aren't super fancy, but they work the same, and they sorta fit in better with Sunset Valley than the sky scrapers IMHO.

Also @Pam.  I put a 64x64 lot up by the Landgraab Estate.  It's not pretty, but at least I managed to get the movie set in Sunset Valley and able to be entered by my Sims.

*hugz!*

I hope he's green, but forest green is my favourite colour.

This is the first time in a long time I've checked the same page every half hour :D

Love it that we don't know who the father is!  Guess we'll just have to check out his features when he ages up.

Awwww... no bubblegum pink wedding gown? :'(

Sure they can. It'll just be a "spiritual" ceremony ;D I know people who actually do that ???

BTW, Pam I am also curious as to where you put the bars. For the life of me I couldn't make the Prosper Room fit!!!

You are gonna have to share with me how you got the other bars in Sunset Valley, I am having a rough time, I was only able to place the grind.

I used the World Editor and placed extra lots around Pinocle Point.  They don't all sit on the street, but there's been no trouble getting to the buildings so far.

If these are clubs that you built from scratch, they won't be allowed in the Immortal Dynasty Challenge.  We have to use only the buildings created by EA.

Wew! Gen 8!  :D Is forest a Green or a Brown?

It's green.  :)

Awww! That's child abuse, I'm reporting that to the Sim Social Services! It's good they didn't take him away actually-if one of my sims drops a baby to go to the toilet or whatever, they get taken straight away! They must know not to mess with the Dreamweavers lol. Angry immortals?  :o

C'mon Pam, tell us who the daddy is! He's got to meet Forest, at the very least!
