The travelers returned home to Sunset Valley.  Forest is at level 10 in his Writing skill.  His books so far are How the Dreamweavers Started, Carina and Christopher's Story, The Story of Nectarine and Kenny, and Periwinkle and Oliver's Tale.  Currently he is working on Banana Loves Mario.

Bubblegum was promoted to Mayor.

Then she was promoted to Governor.  She's at level 8 of her Political career.

After work, she goes to the clubs (usually alone) and drinks until closing time.  She's a little past the halfway mark on learning the unique drinks found at the various clubs.

Forest's birthday came only a couple of days later.  Bubblegum threw a birthday party for him and invited some special people.  Here's Forest clowning around with his grandfather.

Lots of family came to his party.

Then it was time to blow out the candles.  Forest gained the Loner trait.

It's really never a proper Dreamweaver party without a visit from Grim.  This time he came for Bubblegum's boss.

This is teenage Forest with his new hair and clothes.

Then late one night, Bubblegum snuck over to the family cemetary while everyone was sleeping.  She just needed to have a word with Chartreuse about midnight.

Happy birthday, Forest.  You've got a big job ahead of you.

Hmm, the Midnight thing intrigues me, but I really hope it's not like the Green Golf Balls joke. Man, that is a really, really bad joke...

While I love the updates, it's kind of bittersweet because we are really counting down to the end now.  Forest is a handsome teen for sure.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

Great update!  I can envision headlines about the governor drinking alone, hehe.  Forest looks pretty rock & roll in his ripped-up green clothes.  Is it bad that he makes me think a tiny bit of a watermelon, with the green and his pink hair?

Isn't Forest's grandfather Antone?

He doesn't have just one grandfather.
