Woah I actually built a house that isn't modern!
This was built as a gift/Christmas Present for one of my friends. As she only has the base game and Pets, I built the house with only those two expansions. On the exchange it appears that I've also used some late night and island paradise items, but they aren't crucial to the house at all. I also included some laundry stuff from Ambitions, but that's the only time I've (knowingly) used items from outside of those two expansions.

This house is perfect for family living. With eight bedrooms, it will the ideal home for the beginnings of a large family. There is a large living space, as well as a smaller rec room. Lots of space for expanding a backyard. Really not much to say about the build.
All the bedrooms aside from the master feature a standard blue layout. Feel free to change it up based on each inhabitant's preference.
