Favorite/least favorite townies for your Sims to marry/date

I quite like the genetics of Alfonso Alto. I saw his unborn illegitimate child in CAS once she aged to toddler, and age her up to YA and wow she was pretty (she looked just like her dad, by the way)

Yep, the Alfonso Alto/Florita Hernandez illegitimate child always manages to become a stunning beauty or Mr. Handsome. Blame the good looks of both parents.

Every-time I start a new game I always end up marrying Christopher Steel, it doesn't matter if I have created a female or male Christopher Steel was always the go to guy. With the new game I have recently just started I trying not to get stuck in the same pattern and marry and befriend sims I normally ignore.

While my sims usually do not marry townies, there are some they just couldn't walk past. So my list is rather short:

Charlotte Dubois from Champs Les Sims - very pretty, although her traits may need some work. (/superficial)
Biyu Shen from Shang Simla
(...also, yay for hidden foreigner traits )
Sophie Rodgers, the adopted fairy kid from Moonlight Falls

Malcolm Harris from Moonlight Falls

Scot Macklamoor from University (Two Brothers household), honourable mention goes to Derek Khan (what a name!)

Hmm. I guess that's it. ^^; My sims need to venture into town more often.

I enjoy playing in Sunlit Tides.  I decided to start a new game there and play townies only.  Now, I've done a legacy there before and I loved Silas Allander.  His genes were quite strong throughout the whole legacy.  And he makes some adorable kids.

I've also come to love Griffin Alto and Tenika Wahine.  Their family is quite good looking as well.  They have 8 kids right now and they are all pretty unique, with something that makes each of them quite good looking in my opinion.

OK, I realize I definitely have a "flavor of the month" thing going on with townies that I let my sims date.  This month, I'm feeling the love for Parker Langerak, who was my most recent attempted dynasty husband (and is currently Agnes's boy toy).  He's amusing with his flirty slob nature, and has nice features...none of which actually passed on to his daughter.

I am NOT feeling the love for his father, for many reasons (ever tried turning him into a woman in CAS?  Yikes!), but the most recent one is because Dustin's blonde hair DID pass on to Parker's otherwise lovely (and very dark-skinned) daughter.

I like Benjamin Schmidt from Appaloosa Plains. Actually I like Appaloosa Plains in general. Except the Bedlingtons, because they have this really strange skin tone that makes them look permanently sunburned. Honey Darnell is especially pretty, as is Hailey Shepherd.

I hate the traits that townies get. They're just bad. Although in my current Appaloosa Plains game Juanita Blanco and Barrington Diamond's child (the one she's pregnant with at the start of a new game) is a girl called Arlene and, as a child, has Brave, Friendly and Over-Emotional! Needless to say she will be married into my family somehow.

I don't think that would be too much of a problem. As you see midlife crisis LTR or even the lv.2 brain machine would be happy to solve your traits problem

Emmaline Rhoen from HS. Green skin, TEN points in cooking, and therefore not away from completing her lifetime wish. Her trait palette (Insane, Genius, Grumpy, Frugal and Natural Cook) might require some tweaking, though.

Other good HS spouses include Ryan Anderson (top-notch traits), Laila Al Fahad (uniquely beautiful), Madeline Moore (quite nice house and very good traits), and Bert Alto (terrible traits, but 125000 § is not to be sniffed at.)
