My absolute favorite is Nuala O'Ryan from Dragon Valley. Great traits, great looks, and very good skills. Finding her can be a pain as she's homeless but she's worth the search.

Here's one who I thought would be my least favorite but ended up being a lot of fun.

My simself got into some trouble while I was playing a legacy with another Sim with Twallan's SP on.  When she started flirting with Flat Broke, I got worried.  When she started dating him, I got scared.  When she got engaged to him, I panicked.  When she married him, I cried.

But then curiosity got the best of me and I saved another copy of the file so I could play the questionable household (which consisted of Flat, Ruby, my simself, and her three underaged children by her previous husband who I left behind in Sunset Valley).  I changed my simself's and her kids' clothes to look more trailer-park-like (she then started throwing Technophobe tantrums in her underwear, which was awesome).  The oldest daughter decided to age up and move out after getting grounded for breaking curfew, then I adopted enough kids to fulfill Flat's LTW and used Master Controller to retroactively give them weird genetics from other people in Riverview.  It ended up being one of the most fun households I've played!  But I still never let them WooHoo.  xD

Alright, time for something a little more in-depth. I'm currently running an immortal dynasty in Twinbrook (of course), and contrary to popular belief, the place is a goldmine of excellent, incredibly unique genes. So I won't list my favorites. But there are a few genes that annoy me:

Bill Racket: He was my founding husband, and he's certainly not a bad-looking guy underneath those sunglasses. However, he has a massive jaw that looks awful on girls. Thankfully, my second generation was a boy, so he gets to march into immortality looking inoffensive. Generation two's collection of illegitimate daughters aren't so lucky. There are a couple who can pull it off for whatever reason, but the rest have such beautiful features that I can't focus on because their jaw is about twice as wide as their face.

I don't regret marrying Bill into the family, though. He has the most incredibly gorgeous eyes underneath those sunglasses.

Wei Keane: Also a founding husband, but from an earlier attempt. His kid in said earlier attempt turned out just fine after he grew up. And I don't mind the feature of Wei's that is meant to be weird: his eyes. He had very odd eyes, but I eventually came to love them. So in this attempt, I moved him in to produce some children with Rosy Whelohff (she was turned into a fairy). Bad idea. He basically produced two clones of himself, and when I looked at his daughter, I realized something very horrifying about Wei Keane.

He has EA-generic features. His eyes are certainly unique, and he actually has a really nice, distinctive mouth, but his nose and facial structure are the dreaded zero-slider ones that I get enough of without him passing them down.

Regardless, I moved in a son from Julienne Knack and DeAndre Wolfe to have some babies with Wei's daughter. They had five kids, who were, you guessed it, five clones of Wei! I was ready to take Wei's tombstone out of storage so he could haunt and one of my sims could beat him up for infecting the town with his stupidly-persistent, half-generic features.

Gala Ball: She was turned into a vampire and lived more than long enough to produce some children with Shark Racket. Most of her features are unique, but kind of pretty in their own right. Then there are her cheekbones. They're awful. So of course she had seven children, all with her super-intense cheekbones and tiny ears. It's not a pretty combination, though daughters of hers can be saved with long hair to frame their face correctly. Gala's sons are pretty much a lost cause, though. Her cheekbones look even more awful and gaunt on boys, and the game doesn't have enough long hair for men to hide the flaws.

More in depth about Dragon Valley

Riley Cromos - My Simself had 2 daughters with him once, who both looked just like him. They were both just beautiful. His eyes give his daughters so much expression and his pronounced cheekbones actually look OK on them. I always find that females with dads with prominent cheekbones, the cheekbones seem to soften out slightly; I'm not sure if its because of the way the game translates features across the genders. However, if a female has high cheekbones, then they usually look terrible on sons.

Favs:

Sunset Valley: Jared Frio. I just love his traits. When I have a sim dating/married to him it keeps me on my toes watching his interactions because as soon as my focus changes, wham! He's doing something completely inappropriate.  It;s so funny to watch.
Also love Leighton Sekemoto. He makes such a great husband. He seems to make pretty cute nooboos too.

Dragon Valley: Riley Cromos. His noobos are just so so cute.

Isla Paradiso: Rubisel Ichtaca. For first exploring/getting to know Isla Paradiso family started with him. The following generations looked really nice. Besides that he was a fun character too.

Least Fav: Gobias Koffi. I just can't stand him  :-\ Whenever I see him I use 'resetSim' on him to make him go away. If I get any enemies in the game I swap households and make them marry him. Lol a fate worse than death as far as I'm concerned!

Let's see...
Sunset Valley
Favorites: Mortimer Goth, Cyclone Sword, VJ Alvi, Gobias Koffi, Leighton and Sam Sekemoto, Thornton Wolff. Zelda Mae, Jamie Jolina, Pauline Wan, Tori Kimura.

Least Favorites: Altos (any last name being used means ALL unless specified otherwise), Bunches, Landgraabs, Wainwrights, Christopher Steel (the lips, I can't do it), Bella Bachelor (same as Chris Steels), and even though I will receive a lot of hate for this one: Agnes Crumplebottom.
I will explain the last one, as I'm sure anyone who reads my Legacy is curious: Agnes is so popular she's boring to me. Her eyes are too far apart and too small and there's something about her skintone that just seems really off. She's not a personal favorite but I chose her for my legacy because of her popularity.

Dragon Valley
Favorites: QUINN FLANAGAN!!! <---- !!! Ahem, had a moment. Aaron Finnigan, Hugh Grey, Hooleys (both, absolutely stunning babies), Sackholmes (both), MacAnnas, Nora Lawless, Morida O'Connell

Least favorites: O'Shea Brothers (clones, for some reason the fact that they are exactly the same puts me off), any male O'Connell (that nose!), Zoe Cromos (THAT NOSE!  :o ), and the Burbs/Pleasant duo.

I'm very particular in my taste, I love the big-slanted eye look, I really love when Sims look unusual (Dragon Valley is my absolute favorite town because of the unusual genetics) and if a Sim ever gets overused in a lot of stories/general use I tend to get bored with them and they become my least favorite (as with Agnes, who is still awesome, but I'm just less likely to marry her. She deserves peace.)

I love the O'Shea brothers despite their clone-ness, just because they did something really funny in my Dragon Valley save.  Their description says something like "When Kearney got a girlfriend, Breandan got a prettier girlfriend!"  Well, as it turned out, Kearney married the elderly Lorna McCann, and then Breandan married a rather attractive young man from one of my inactive households.  xD

In that town, I hate Bradan McGrath.  It's like, ok, you're great, I get it, now go away.  That's another guy my simself decided to date without my permission.  I took great pleasure in having another guy seduce her and get her to break up with him; the new husband now invites Bradan to all his parties just to be a jerk. ;D

lol, Bradan does require a bit of watching but the benefits he brings to a household shouldn't be underestimated. He's at lvl 8 in his career (and is actually close skill-wise to where he needs to be) and is maybe two days from lvl 9, thus fulfilling his lifetime wish. He also brings ~20,000 dollars to the household and I think has a decently priced book to sell. He happens to be one of the best-looking sims in DV, has one of the most athletic figures, and his features blend well with quite a lot of the townsfolk.

Least: Christopher Steel - He always seemed a bit bland to me, like a tutorial suitor.
Jared Frio - I tried to hook him back up with the Ursines once, he was a total jerk and freaked on Claire every time she visited!

Favorite: Eugene _____- He saved my very first sim from a burglar, and he is quite the attractive sim.
Riley Cromos - A very sweet guy with a cute daughter, and he rocks that purple hair. ;D Only downside is when his daughter got older, no matter how often she worked out Zoe was overweight. Not to mention his granddaughter has that trait now... :o But maybe thats just my game. I love the Cromos family the most anyway! :)

Lol, how did I miss this?  Bill Racket is #1 on my entire family's love-to-hate list.  xD  We call him Mr. Awful because he did some really creepy and inappropriate things with one of my sister's male sims.

Of course, when I started playing in Twinbrook and was asking the same sister who I could safely kill off since my town got too full, I asked if I could kill Bill and she was like "NOOOOOOOO!"

I'll have to check out his eyes next time I play.  He's definitely an interesting character, especially if you invite him to swimwear parties. xD

I think Juan Darer has gorgeous eyes too, though it's hard to notice them with everything else he has going on in his life.  And Tay Bayless is adorable in a weird way when he ages up.  I turned him gay with the funniest-looking sim in my household and they're a great couple... xD

I actually made Bebe Hart and Ethan Bunch from Sunset Valley hook up and they had two kids; a boy and a girl. Bebe's big eye genetics balance out some of the distinctive Bunch features and they were some really cute kids!Defiantly one of my favourite pairings!

My first born children usually look more like the father no matter what the gender. Anyone else experiencing this? Feel free to reply!
