Mick's Karaoke and Performance Park?

Hi, I've looked and looked and these places do not seem to exist in Bridgeport, yet there is a Sim Fest being advertised at these places. Why am I getting this stuff? Is the game confused or what? Thanks!

The two venues are usually placed up in the hills where all the rich sims in Bridgeport live, in case you're having trouble finding them.
