The Task:
The Metabolist Movement was formed in post-war Japan, attempting to fuse megastructures with ideas of biological growth. The most famous result being the Nakagin Capsule Tower. Your task is to build a futuristic house in the metabolist style.



Additional Information:
You will have to minimise your Megastructure, however you still need to ensure you can replicate the idea of it being a megastructure.

Main Floor : Kitchen - Fitness Room - Living Room - Dining Room
Second Floor : Four Terraces
Third Floor : Three Bedroom with Ensuites - Nursery
Forth Floor : Four Gardens

Creator's Note : I've tried to put plants in the gardens but it kept increasing the value of the property and putting it over budget . It says the plants are free from Buydebug but for some reason it didn't work for this home .

I have to start over again. §95,000 is very difficult given the style you're asking. I've tried 3 times but kept going over budget.

Ah, that's a shame. Although at least it's a challenge! It doesn't have to be on as large a scale as the images I provided, you could get away with 6 or 7 4x4 blocks possibly.

I had to do a lot of editing to keep mine under budget . My entry is nowhere near what I wanted to do . Plants made the cost go over so the 4 gardens have no plants .  I love a good challenge and this one was just that . Great fun !

Description:







1st floor: Two elevators take you to floors three and four.  Ladders lead into a separate storage spaces on the second floor.  Ample parking space and bike racks for your Sims transportation needs.  Sandbox with a bench nearby for the kids playtime.  And last but not least shady, restful fountains to enjoy.



2nd floor: Storage areas are accessible by ladder.

3rd floor: Bedroom, bathroom, and study areas for the kids on both sides.  One bedroom has a bunk bed for the younger kids and the other is a single teen room.



4th floor: Living room has a stereo and big screen TV, outside is a small terrace with planter.  A half bathroom is opposite the elevator that goes to the fifth floor.  On the opposite end is the kitchen and dining area, outside is a barbeque grill and another veggie planter.





5th floor: Master bedroom and master bathroom, nursery with crib, and a small outdoor table with umbrella. At the other side is a computer room with a ladder leading to the roof and an outdoor exercise machine.



Roof: Vegetable garden, an easel, a telescope to better enjoy the view, and a moon dial.
