Storyline Progession Twins?

I'm playing the Goths and letting storyline progression take care of the Bachelors. Due to issues I've had with random toddler deaths, I like to check the Bachelor family tree before saving the Goths.

Storyline progression married Michael to Sandi French then they had a son, next time I checked there was the son and two blank spaces which became twin girls! I never had story progression give twins before. Glitch or has it happened to others?

I think it has only happened twice for me, but it was quite a while back.  I hadn't played either family and I can't even remember who it was that had them, but I thought it was kinda neat.  I finally did go in one family and play them and the twins were really cute.  The other family, for strange reason, up and moved and I never got to play them.  I looked and looked for them and never found them.  It does happen, just not very often.  I am curious to see if anyone else has had that happen.

I've had story progression produce twins.  It doesn't happen very often, but it's definitely possible.
