Aging bug?
« on: November 05, 2013, 03:52:28 PM »
My sim keeps aging up when she goes into the future. She is only a couple of days into the adult life-stage but ages up to elder within a few hours of being in the future.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I have used the Youth Elixir previously.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had one instance of this, but that's out of over a hundred trips to the future by now. The only time I had someone age up was one who had aged up to teenager that day and became an adult as soon as she arrived in the future.

It's just happened to both my sims in the household. Both adults, but both had taken the youth elixir.

I had a problem with aging when traveling to the future also. But not with the one that went but with one that stayed behind.
One of my sims needed to go the the future to purchase songs for the new laser instrument, so he went and left his wife and daughter behind. He left the day after the daughter had aged up from infant to toddler and when he came back she wasn't a toddler anymore but had aged up to a child.
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.
