^Yep, that is exactly what I was thinking. It's just the game genetics throwing in a weird mutation every once in a while (or was the mailman at it again? lol).
But, you could always save either Chris's or Agnes's hair and put it on her ;)

Actually, I'm pretty sure Chris' hair is one of the hair colors that's already saved!

The lips too... Agnes' mouth isn't that wide and Christopher's lips are way thinner.

The girl in the picture that CodyAlex posted looks like she's a teen. Teens always look to have pouty lower lips. And sims do not get facial features from their grandparents. Hair color, eye color, even skintone, yes, but there isn't anything in the code for a kid to get their grandpa's nose or something to that effect.

It sounds like the grandparents features is impossible to inherit by a grandchild. But how would you like to explain these likeliness with the grandmother then?
I'm totally sure Agnes' nose is not like that (I've played her too much to not notice) and from what I see in many post of stories in this forum, Chris' is not like that too, and it is waay too much looked like Prudence's.

A few possibilities:

A. Twallan's Story Progression allows for facial features to be taken from grandparents. I think it's disabled by default, but it's an option.

B. They really do get all of their features from Chris and Agnes and no one else, but the sim's expression is skewing it.

The possibility to have genetics from grandparents with Twallan's Story Progression is actually 15% by default, if you have the Population module.

Hmm... now that I remember about it, all the time I played with Agnes, never once I've seen her children with their grandparents features.

Now, the important question is are you using mod, Cody?

I wouldn't say that's grandparents genetics moreso than I would say that's just a weird non-genetic feature.
In all the kids Agnes and Tragic had in my legacy, one was a red-head but more children than not had weird genetic features that had no real rhyme or reason for being there. Getting odd brown hair colors and strange eye colors, even different degrees of mouth shapes and so on. Cain and Aliester (the two boys) had a green-brown haircolor that's often found on townies. Isabel got Tragic's mouth shape completely while Raven got a more subdued version of it. Aurora had orange-brown eyes.
Honestly the games genetic system doesn't seem to be that great, so you may run into weird differences between children and parents.

Sorry but do you use any mod at all? Or change household by any reason?
Of all kid I had of Agnes and Gunther, some have Agnes' hair colour, Gunther's hair colour, sometimes in very rare time, Simon's hair colour. So, the brown hair colour your Agnes' kids has might be Simon's. But I admit, one there is a mutated black haired one popped out of nowhere.
In my game, most are getting Agnes' mouth but some are getting the not so attractive mouth Gunther has. So far all of their kids just have the parents lip.

I use mods and CC now, but even prior to using things like that I would always end up with the occasional genetic anomaly.
On Dynasty attempt (with no CC or mods at all) with Agnes I somehow end up with orange hair and blue eyes on her child when my founder had black hair and brown eyes. I've had weirder things happen, I suppose. I'm just used to seeing Sims try to make up the genetic line somewhere along the way. As for Simon, it's hard to say as I have no idea what color hair he has and the Wiki lists it as being "grey."
The kids who did have brown hair had a puke-green brown. I call it greeny-brown and I always change it to the regular red-brown because it just never looks right on any Sim (personal opinion of course). Maybe it is Simons, but it still doesn't explain Aurora's orange eyes or some of the other odd factors into the genetics.

Edit to add - maybe it's because Tragic didn't have any grandparents, now that I think about it. I always have weird - "popups" I'll call them, when there aren't any recorded grandparents for either Sim. I don't know. Food for thought.
