Also, I want to renovate Agnes' house but I suck at renovating anything other than one-story homes. I basically just need it done not as fancy, more kind of comfortable, and in lighter colours such as subtle orange, pale pink, a very light minty kind of green. It needs to have a master bedroom(you could just recolour that if you want), a room to be shared between one male teenage bookworm and one male child genius, and a smaller room for a girly girl.

So, thanks in advance.

I have decided to do this challenge myself! Wish me luck!

If possible, I'd like a shell that uses only base game, LN, Pets, High-End Loft Stuff, and University Life. I'm a pretty bad landscaper, so feel free to do the yard, too. Cost does not matter.  :)

Have you looked through this thread: Building Shells - To Be Furnished

There are a lot of shells in that thread.  Hopefully one will be what you're looking for.  If not, send me a PM and we'll discuss what you need further.

Hello! I am not a builder so much, but I do have background in interior design! I have recently discovered how many options there are to decorate with and am enjoying redecorating premade houses. If anyone needs help decorating I would be glad to help you with that this summer! (I'm a teacher and I'm finally on my summer vacation!) Please send me a personal message, I may not keep up with this thread very well, & tell me what you want me to decorate and how you would like it decorated. It would be nice to correspond with you some to get a feel for your taste, otherwise you may get my taste in which case expect a lot of prints and color! ;)

I believe I could do the following themes well: Country/Southern, Goth (&/or Supernatural, Traditional, and Antique/Vintage. I may struggle with modern, but would love to give it a try! It would be fun to help someone out! Thanks!!

Hello!  I am looking for an apartment complex for someone brave who wants to tackle it.  I'd like it to be a high-rise with a penthouse suite.  Cost isn't really an issue.  Prefer a three floor penthouse, though two is fine with the roof having a private hot tub.  Two bedrooms suite with a large balcony.  A nice common area with a pool, exercise, etc.  All the stuff you'd find in an expensive high rise in any city heh.  Would prefer it to be on a lot smaller than 40x40 because I'm having issues in fitting apartments in Bridgeport once you demolish an existing structure, the mailbox and trashcan interfere with being able to place down something that takes up the full 40X40 If you need more specifics, I can give more.

Thanks in advance!

@Shewolf13  There appears to be a bug since Showtime with the Late Night high rise shells.  They don't have the required door object and no tops.  So I'm not sure we can do a high rise for you since a normal residential lot is limited to five floors.  My best advice to you would be to take an existing apartment in your world and edit it to suit you.  Use the testing cheat and then the:

RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings False

cheat to open up your ability to work on the whole structure.

I could try doing this myself if you'd tell me which address you want to 'take over.'  Not sure about the balconies though.

Oh, I didn't realize there was a bug.  Hm... I had downloaded a highrise from the Swap Shop here, but am having issues placing it in the game I want it in and can't figure out why.

What size is the lot and what size is the lot where you want to place it?  Bridgeport has some hinky lot sizes.

I would like to request a house for a 50x50 lot in Riverview.

I have all EP's and I have all SP's except for Master Suite, Katy Perry, Diesel, 70's, 80's & 90's; and Movie stuff packs.

I would like, if possible, for the house to be furnished(I suck at it) with the Ultra Lounge set. I have all of it with the exception of the kid's sets.

I would like it to have a pool, a garden, and a garage; and I'm not picky about the number of rooms.

I'm sorry if I'm asking a bit much but, could you also do the landscaping? I suck at making landscaping look good.

Thanks,
Disaster

I'm assuming you're looking for a modern style house.

Shout out to my decorators:  Does one of you want to take on this job of decorating after I complete the house?  You'll need to have the Ultra Modern store sets.

@judewright - I'll post the shell in the appropriate thread and then you can download it from there to complete.
