I have a Gothic request.

A replacement of the Goth manor in Sunset Valley - rebuilt as an ancestral home for the upbringing of the newest baby Goth, Alexander - for Riverview, while maintaining the quirky nature of it's occupants, past and present, and ability to fit a rotating and growing family.

Expansions: Amb, LN, Gen, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, UL, and IP (with plans to get Future)
Stuff Packs: Fast Lane Stuff and 70s, 80s & 90s stuff
Store Content: I have DV so feel free to use those
Bedrooms: Master with own bathroom + three bedrooms
Baths: 2 full baths and a toilet on the ground floor
Additional Requirements: garage space with an basement for storing a time machine and an upstairs trophy room. space for the Goth graves (7 so far), pool would be nice but not necessary, and a study/art room.

Feel free to decorate and experiment with stairs or elevators. If you can manage it, four floors would be perfect. The Goths and I appreciate your efforts and help  :)

Hi, I'd like to make a request.

It's a bit strange, but I'd like a 20x30 lots with two houses on it, or a smaller lot with a townhouse on it. It's for my family whose gone through a divorce and I still want to play as everyone. It should fit the theme of Twinbrook, and one side should fit the artistic mother with twin sons, and the other side should fit the father who's in the military, and his simbot.

I have no SP, and the only EPs I have are Amb, Supernatural, Pets, and WA.

Okay so I'm playing Amy Bull and would like her to have a family. Her house isn't exactly family friendly.
I want a house, ~60k or so in price, 2-3BR [One of the bedrooms can double as a nursery], 2 bath. Size? At most, 40x40 please.
And style, well.. this is Twinbrook, so make it eclectic and odd.

I have the following expansion packs: Pets, Supernatural, Ambitions, Seasons, Island Paradise, World Adventures, Generations and Showtime.
Stuff packs: Town Life, Outdoor Living and Master Suite.
You don't have to furnish it, I like empty shells, but you can furnish it if you want.

I've just unlocked an island in Isla Paradiso that I love and I'd really like to move my current family there but build/buy mode crashes on me too much and well, I'm lazy  :D

I'd like a modern beach resort on preferably either a 40x40 or 50x50 lot, go crazy with the price. I'm playing an unofficial legacy sort of game so I'd like 6 bedrooms (you don't have to put a lot of detail into them, I'll probably adapt it to my sims as they move in and out) and 2-3 bath. Apart from the modern specification I'm pretty flexible on everything else; as long as it's a good size because a lot of the time there will be a big family living there.

SPs: High-end Loft, Town Life and Master Suite.
EPs: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Supernatural, University and Island Paradise.
No store content please  :)

NearlyWitches, are you looking for a complete resort, or a resort-like house?  I'm happy to try either one.  If you're interested, let me know, and I will PM you for additional details.

A resort-like house, I probably should have made that clearer. Thanks for taking up my request and feel free to PM me if there's anything else you want to know.
