I am looking for a house that will probably need to be built by a skilled builder. I am playing the Luth family in Union Cove. Danny is now a child and he has a younger brother Kuang (toddler). They also have a new baby brother or sister on the way! They are starting to grow out of their 3 bedroom house that I moved them into so they need a new house.
Specifications:
-4 bedrooms
- At least 2 bathrooms
- Rooms for 2 cats
- Asian Style
- Within 70,000 simoleons
- Pagoda roof
Expansion and Stuff packs
- World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Town Life stuff, Pets
- No store content
- Will have seasons (hopefully) on digital download on 16th November

Thanks Bubbles

My stupid WA doesn't want to stupid run because I don't have enough stupid data to stupid patch up the stupid game! Sorry bubbles...

Hi, Bubbles. I'll give it a try.  I probably won't be a able to finish it until at least mid-next week, due to the holiday weekend in the US, if that's OK with you. I'll PM you for some additional details.

Hi, bubbles -- the Asian family house is done, but as you'll see on the main post (here: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,13593.0.html) I went waaaaaay over budget. Sorry about that. I didn't notice the 70K limit until too late.  I wil be happy to edit for cost if you want me to, but it will take a couple of days.  Just let me know!

I have a request for a Community Lot. I'd build it myself, but I'm swarmed with other stuff at the moment.

Type: Exclusive Lounge
Theme: Chic/contemporary (keep colors "cool" or "neutral")
Expansions you can use: WA, Amb, LN, Gen, Pets, ST
Stuff packs you can use: HELs, OLs, MS
Store: free items only
Price: should be under 100,000
Building specifics:
-Two separated areas (one for everyone and another for level 3 celebs and above)
-both sections should have professional bar and bathrooms
-Hot Tub in exclusive area

Thanks,
FireRaye93

I can do this request if you do not mind. Two questions though, what lot size would you like and also for the architecture, by chic, are you thinking more of a modern style of would you like a classical look. Thanks :)

Lot size doesn't particularly matter to me. 30x30 or smaller would be my preference I suppose. I was thinking a more classical look.

I look forward to seeing what you create.

Yikes I should have waited before beginning hah. By contemporary I thought you meant modern so I went with that. But if you do not like it I can begin anew. I should be done shortly with the structure and then you can decide. The good news is I guessed 30 by 30 correctly hah :)

Alright I finished the shell :) Waiting to furnish in case you don't like it first, just let me know if you need anything changed or what you think :)

Edit - deleted images so it doesn't become clustered :)

Oh my goodness norengonc! I love the shell you've built! I'm not too crazy about the stone you used on the top part of the right, darker portion of the building though. Perhaps if it was a different color or maybe brick instead. I don't know it just seems a little off to me. Otherwise, I love what you've built so far.

Thank you :) It actually seemed off to me too. Chuckles was kind enough to offer some advice and I redid all the colours. I also fixed the arch, disconnected it from the buildings but left the central bit. I widened the steps to the front, threw a tree between the buildings, and got rid of the garage which thinking about it seems weird at a club. Instead I went with an open area car holding... thing. If it is okay all that is left is the furnishing :)

Hello again Fire :) Been working on the furnishing but slight issue, the split level forced more stairs than I had thought and I seem to have run out of room for a lot of bathrooms. I threw some images below so you could see and let me know what to change. My guess would be to either take out the car parking area or use some of the entrance area for the bathroom space.

Entrance room with decorations and coat check.

Bathroom to the side, the two walled off areas hold toilets, sort of small I know :(

Exclusive club area with hot tub to the side room and bar, bubbles and dancefloor in the main area.

General club area on the second floor with bar and dancefloor.

So just let me know what else you might like in there and what to take out :)
