No, sorry... Not after the recent break-in... Yeah I've been hell-ridden the past month or so. I'm in serious trouble generally right now (circumstancially speaking) so the hole is deep. Digging my way out is gonna take a long time.

Sorry to hear that, donatello.  I hope things will be improving for you from here on.

Hi! I have a request please.

I want a office complex. It may be a community lot or a residential lot, i'm not particular there. A shell would be enough, though some basic furniture would be awesome.

Basically, i want my office complex to take pictures for my story. So will have to have a city hall office, business office and newpaper office plus a conference room and manager's cubicle. A reception area, cafeteria, doctor's office and military office would also be great.

And any additions you think best.

As I said before, furnishing is not a must. Just the floors, plumbing and wall covering would be enough.

The theme would preferably be modern and minimal, bu definitely may change according to the office.

Lot price and size can be anything. I actually don't want massive offices, but rather places with a realistic background.

Thank you in advance:). Just PM me if you need further clarifications.

It would be such a great help in fact. It is essential for the story and I really hate building.

EPs: Base and Generations
No SPs
Compatible custom and store content are OK.

Thank you in advance.

I'd be interested in trying this if you'd like? It may take the weekend, but I could probably have it up by Sunday.

I have a request for a house for Sunlit Tides.

A modern styled beach house built on a minimum lot size of 40x40. It should have at least four bedrooms plus a nursery with room for three cribs and toddler playing/skilling items. The nursery needs to be on the main level to avoid the toddler bug of sitting at the top of the stairs while the parent goes downstairs. Please have one of the children's bedrooms outfitted with bunk beds. This house is for a couple who both have a LTW of Surrounded By Family. There should be a playground, pool area, and barbecue area. Also, please make the rooms and any hallways large enough so the house will be easier to play with a large family.

No budget restraints.

I have all EPs, SPs and all store items so you won't have to worry about my not having any items.

Thank you to whoever is willing to build this house for me.

Jude

Hi, :)

I really want a 'log cabin' sort of house? A wood themed house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and a pond. If anybody can do this it would be great! I've been trying to build it, but building houses on the sims 3 isn't going well for me. :)

Hi, Skyla!  I did a log cabin type of house with a big fishing pond for one of the building contests a while back.  You can find and download it here: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,10295.0.html

That one is a two-bedroom, but the study could easily be made into a third bedroom, or you could add on to the side/put a basement in, etc.  If that one is not quite what you want, let me know and I'll see if I can adapt it or make something that's exactly what you're looking for.

REQUEST 2 - The Return:

A fairy "middler", 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, nursery, kitchen and, of course, a large fenced garden.

Max 40x40 lot and $ 100k.

No store content, easy on the EPs, except SN, obviously.

Thanks in advance.

I'll take a whack at this one this week -- didn't see any other takers.  Looks like fun!

I have a request for a shell. It does not need to be painted, decorated, furnished, or anything. It only needs the outer walls, any necessary inner walls, basement, roof, and most importantly staircases.

What I am looking for, after much frustration and yelling at my laptop screen, is a creepy, scary, vampire-esque manor, with a few specific details. This is a very general idea of what I am looking for:

I would, if possible, like it to be placed on a hill, though this is not necessary. If not, then on a higher-than-normal foundation.
It should be built towards the back of the lot, with 6-8 tiles free out back for a garden. Lot size 30x30 or 40x40.
I would like it to be 2 floors, with a smaller third floor set up to be like a tower.
I want it to have a 'grand staircase' from the first floor to the second. What I mean is...

The front door should align with this staircase, so when you walk through the front door it's right there, with 6-ish floor tiles between door and stairs.
The stairs from the second floor to the third floor 'tower' should be spiral.
I would also like a hidden room, behind the grand staircase, that has a staircase that goes down to ground level, then another that leads into a basement made with the basement tool. Size of basement does not matter, I'll adjust it. Just as long as all the stairs are placed and functional. Like this: (Does not matter if the stairs are L-shaped or not, but preferably 2 tiles wide to prevent pathing issues)

I do like the little roof sections that jut out, I don't know what they are called.

I know this is super specific. I just have this image in my head of a house with these features and I cannot figure out how to make it happen.
If anyone would like to try building this for me I'd be so so happy!! If you have questions feel free to PM me.

Hi, m.sato -- I finished up the "middler" fairy cottage for you.  You can find it here: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,13087.msg255658.html#msg255658

I went a bit over budget, sorry!  But hopefully this is something like what you were looking for.  If the budget is a huge issue, you can pull out some of the art to bring it under 100K.

@fortheloveofcake: When do you need it? I need to get WA again (2 weeks from now) since I only have base game after losing everything in one go... I'll do it if you have the patience.

I don't have WA either, I believe the basement tool was added in with the patch. If not I can add that in myself. Its really mostly the split staircases that are frustrating me, as well as having the house elevated. I get the concepts behind using CFE, I just cant seem to get the finished product to look right. I'm in no rush for it.
