Thank you and I don't mind sharing .  :) I'm sure I'm not the only one wanting such a cabin.

Hi, I would like to request a fairytale style house if anyone is up for it! :)

I have just bought some lovely, fairytale inspired sets from the Store (The Happily Ever After set and two of the Faire Folk sets - see links at the end of my message) and I'm not a builder so I turn to you for help.

What I would love is a house that has a cosy, fairytale, kind of a cottage feel to it - but I would wish for the whole house, and each room, to still be quite spacious so there aren't problems with pathing. I would like 4 bedrooms and atleast 2 baths (each with both a toilett and a shower or bathtub) since I tend to play rather (at times) large families. I really love houses that have some nooks and things happen, not completely straight walls everywhere, if that makes sense.. I seem to lack the english word to explain this! (In Swedish: skrymslen och vrår). If you'd like, check out the store links below for inspiration.

Cost: no limit!
Size: 40X40 or larger
I have these expanisions/stuff packs: WA, LN, PETS, Generations and Townlife.

Here are the links and info about the Store items:
The Happily Ever After set can be found here: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProductDetails.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:52689&categoryId=11488&scategoryId=13660&pcategoryId=13595&ppcategoryId=12857
The different Faire Folk sets can be found here: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProductListing.html?catalogId=10143&categoryId=&scategoryId=12409&pcategoryId=12857&ppcategoryId=12409
I only have the Den-set and the Slumber-set, but I will probably buy the other two sets of furniture (nursery and outdoors) pretty soon. So if you happen to have those and want to include them, please do so :)

Last but not least, it would be great if you could either leave space on the lot for a small pond or pool, a barn or stable for keeping 2 horses and some space for gardening as well - or if you have the time and think it's fun; create those things.

I'm very greatful and understand that this might be a lot to ask, so any help getting me closer to this dreamhouse of mine is greatly appriciated! Perhaps if you only like to build, you could make an empty shell without furnishing it. Please make sure to add a roof though, because I honestly completely suck at making roofs.  ;D

Thank you in advance to anyone who might be willing and intrested in this little fairytale project. :)

I can try building this for you if you like! I own the Happily ever After set as well as the Slumber, Den, Nursery, and Outdoors Faire Folk sets.
I do not have Late Night or World Adventures however.

Thank you, that would be awsome! :) Very, very much appreciated - thank you so much for responding to my request! I was just about to add to my request that if someone is intrested in building this, without adding things from the sets mentioned, that would be great also. The pictures of the items could simply be used as insperation! :)

I actually don't have Late Night or World Adventures installed for the moment - I did a complete new installation and started a new game when I got pets. So that is no problem at all.

Give it a shot if your up for it! Thanks so much again!! :)

Hi! I have a request please.

I want a office complex. It may be a community lot or a residential lot, i'm not particular there. A shell would be enough, though some basic furniture would be awesome.

Basically, i want my office complex to take pictures for my story. So will have to have a city hall office, business office and newpaper office plus a conference room and manager's cubicle. A reception area, cafeteria, doctor's office and military office would also be great.

And any additions you think best.

As I said before, furnishing is not a must. Just the floors, plumbing and wall covering would be enough.

The theme would preferably be modern and minimal, bu definitely may change according to the office.

Lot price and size can be anything. I actually don't want massive offices, but rather places with a realistic background.

Thank you in advance:). Just PM me if you need further clarifications.

It would be such a great help in fact. It is essential for the story and I really hate building.

EPs: Base and Generations
No SPs
Compatible custom and store content are OK.

Thank you in advance.

I've finally gotten around to starting your request, Makeupinternet!
Here are a couple screenshots of the exterior. I only put in the windows on the front part of the house so far.

Let me know if this is sort of what you had in mind! Once the fences and plants and terrain paint are in, I'm hoping it will look more fairy-tale inspired.
It will have a pond, garden, and horse stables. It has 4 bedrooms (the master is gigantic so it will probably have a study in it. As well as three full bathrooms, and possibly an additional half bathroom. Would you like me to add a couple of fish spawners to the pond?

EDIT: It is a single story, the parts of the roof that look like rooms will not actually be usable.

fortheloveofcake, that house looks so cool! Sort of a castle-cottage-kind of house, I love it :) Your plans for the interior sound great, and yes, please add some fish spawners :)

Thank you so much, I really look forward to "moving in" to this house and exploring it further!

Hello, all, I'm hoping someone could help me out here since my building skills are apparently hopeless.

I want to build a craftsman-style log cabin -- this one:  http://www.precisioncraft.com/loghomeplans/Craftsman/Clearwater.html

My problem is the "unfinished room" moodlet when I build any sort of loft-type cabin.  I'm hoping someone has figured out a way around that!

I'm looking for the house to be built on 4 Beryl Ct. in Hidden Springs -- it's a 30x40 lot, and I'd like it to face the long side of the lot and snuggle up a bit to the water's edge.  Oh, and I have all EPs/stuff packs and a whole lot of cabin/craftsman style stuff from the store, so don't worry about items.

Thank you so much for your consideration!

@ Cedia: the unfinished room moodlet could be coming from pieces of walls from the roof not being painted. To check, make sure you have "walls up" selected, go up to the highest level, and then drop down by one level at a time, rotating all the way around to see if any unpainted walla are there. If thats not the issue, I'm not sure what is. If you continue to have issues with the moodlet I could build you a shell if you like.

Yes, I've been working all weekend trying to nail that moodlet down, and I finally have, but on a very simple house.  I just don't have the skills to make the one I linked, and that is my dream house!  I'm not a builder at heart, I'd rather play!  So this is a long roundabout way of me saying, yes, please please please make the shell of that craftsman log home.  Decorating I can handle, though I'm also a terrible landscaper.  :P

BTW, after trying all day to build that thing, I realized that the photo is of the *back* of the house.   :o  Good thing the floorplans are included!

Will do! Is there anything specific you would like in the yard? A garage, pool, pond, etc? What expansions/stuff packs/store content do you have?
