So my latest creation is a library, requested by Joria. I thought I would get her and your guys’ thoughts before I finished recoloring it. It is meant to be a fantasy build, but I don’t really have the store stuff to create that effect, but who knows, what do you guys think. I titled the library Joria’s Bloom since Joria sounds like it could be the name of a flower hah. I must admit wall curving in such a small area was tough lol, some of my guide walls were the actual walls I was curving hah. But as we all know, there is nothing the great infant eccentric billionaire Nore Negonc cannot do, besides get out of his crib on his own <.<

I would like a traditional starter home on a 15x20 lot, with at least 2 bedrooms and of course a bathroom. 
I have GEN, Amb and Pets.

Starting funds vary depending on how many Sims and how old those Sims are, however, For one Sim it's §16,500, +§2,000 per additional adult, +§1,500 per teen, +§1,000 per child, +§500 per toddler. So a family consisting of parents with a teen would start off with §16,500 + §2,000 + §1,500 = §20,000. That is the rule of thumb (as they say).

EDIT:  @noneregonc:  I have the library on my Mystery Island and it looks terrific!  Thanks so much for building it for me.

Samoht, please take down my request for a library and add my next request.

Little Mystery Island, off the coast of Barnacle Bay is becoming quite a thriving community.  So far there is only one Sim and an NPC, (paper boy) living there but that will change.  I have builds there from Micler, noneregonc, Agneza, Anushka, Kate Sterling, and RFlong7, (not in this forum but she builds amazing worlds and buildings and all cc free!) and strangely, none of my own except for one remodel.  I can put in a subway, both on the island and one in Barnacle Bay so residents can get to rabbit hole type jobs, but I'm thinking I want this to be more like it's own, strange and wonderful little world.  The main problem is most rabbit holes are quite large and ugly, and while they can be buried underground, they just take up too much space.  If anyone has any ideas, I would welcome them.  Meanwhile, I'm thinking I can use the largest size lot and bury several rabbit holes in that lot. 

My request is for more, 10x10 fairy tale cottages and a small children's park.

A New Request

I would like a house which is a replica of the Halliwell Manor after Wyatt is born in the hit tv series Charmed complete with 3 (one with attached nursery), bedrooms, bathrooms, basement and attic as I am going to try and do the charmed family tree from the beginning.

I hope someone would be willing to take this on as I would like to start a Legacy of the Charmed family tree very soon.

I want a very plain world, a few hills around it and near a beach.

• 3 30x40 Residential Lot

I Think all the buildings and Elements Combined of all the EPs Combined.
Even the Nectary of France, The Martial Arts Area of China, the Profession Buildings of Ambitions.
