I have a request for an empty world to build my houses in (it's annoying trying to find room in other worlds). It should be large, flat, and completely blank except for tons of roads and standard-sized lots (20x30, 30x30, 30x40, 40x40, 60x60 etc). Just squeeze in as many lots of different sizes as you can, and I'll be grateful.

I love Agneza's house, by the way. 

I may take up this request. Please keep in mind I have never used CAW Before though, so It may not be perfect.

Fez am sorry, but am not able to do it. Everytime I start in Edit Town my game crashes! Am not able to build anything unless a miracle happens. Or I get a cooler pad.

I have a request.  I need a library built on a 10x10 lot.  It can go up 4 stories if necessary and I would like a basement so it can go down 4 stories as well.  Or it can JUST go down 4 stories.  It should be on a foundation because I'll be placing it on uneven ground and it takes a foundation to do that easily.  (less leveling of terrain)  It should be in a fantasy style and you are free to use whatever store content you have and any EP or SPs.  I built one but what I built is a rather ugly box and I want it to be pretty and rather fantasy/fantastic.  Nothing modern.  Think, fairies, elves, children.  Make it a happy place to be.

That would be fine nonrenegonc.  Check out my post in the showboat thread to see where I'm going to put it.  It sort of has to go with that whole scheme.
