Same. Well, not need, but desired.
Anybody want a Modern Home? I don't finish it if I do it for no reason... well, most of the time, anyways.

Don't you have pally's request to do?

Request!
I wish for quite a few beach starters and family homes, possibly elevated by columns. I have WA, AMB, LN, OLS and HELS. I have no building store content, but I do have all free stuff though. Thanks to anyone that helps!
(PS: This is for a world which is Beach Themed, that I want to replace with the high quality building skills of my fellow members.)

By starters, do you mean about $16,000 or under or is a little bit more expensive ok?
So no content from Generations, Pets, Fast Lane or Town Life.
A little beach house might be fun to do.

yes please. I would like my bar and/or nature park. :) if you still want to do it, please email me with photos before the final upload so I can give suggestions. If you don't want to anymore, that's ok, just let me know so I can ask someone else :)

I might also have a go at doing a Starter. If I do I might have it ready for tonight. It would be earlier but there is always that irritating delay called School.  :P

one more question, can you have spiral stairs? I've forgotten where they came in.
OK, found the answer to this, spiral stairs came in Generations, so no spiral stairs for this.

I still have a little work to do on this before I can upload it (plus I need to test it too) Not sure if I'm going to be able to keep it under 20,000 though. It's currently at 19,890 and I have to paint and add a front door (just noticed that lol) and a few little things.

Also with my request, I only want about 25 lots. I know its not alot, but the other ones I've seen have 100+ lots, and I really don't need that much!

I know its not alot, ...

Off topic: I smiled when I read the part about alot. Hyperbole and a Half is a really funny blog.
On topic: I could try building one, not sure if I'd do well on the budget thing, though.

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

How's this? 2br, 2ba and under 20,000 Possibly not as beachy as I would have liked it to be...

Uh, just a heads up: I practically can not play anymore because my computer is not good at handling cities anymore...  :'(
So, can anyone build me that plain world I requested a while back? And I made some changes reflecting my comp problems...

It needs to have 1 of every size of lot you can place in game, the world does not need to be that flashy at all, and only a small amount of trees like birch trees will do. Thank you  :)

EDIT: I found an island called Ruby Isle somewhere in my game. Thanks to whoever built it, it works great for my needs! :D

It might be mine, I made it for Ruby a while back and I called it something like that. Was it this one?
