Price:Up to $100,000
Other: 1 Bedroom decorated in Lime and Red and the other decorated in Black and Aqua. Ensuites off each bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. Also add a study.

A (modest?) 4 bedroom home, at least one double bed, the rest can be single, though as far as the size of the bedrooms, they can be big enough to hold doubles as the children (3) get older... would like a decent-sized space for a garden and orchard, can have a pool if wanted...would prefer a basement for a home nectary, though the rest of that area can be designed as desired....

Keep in mind I only have the base game, Ambitions, and World Adventures...

Anyone care to take this on?

I know you've probably already done this, but might I suggest lookiing at the Swap Shop? We have so many talented builders here who have uploaded their creations. Though I don't know if there's one that would fit your request, you might could find one and message the creator to ask if it would be easy to modify (in order to meet your request). I will add that they are (as far as I know) very friendly, so they might even change the house and make a new edition just for you!

Gogowars, I'd love to try my hand at this house. I can probably finish it in the next two days, is that soon enough? Is there a lot in mind  that you are planning on placing it on? I have all expansions as well as Riverview, but not Barnacle Bay.

Indoors I would like a large nursery dark wood panelling complimented with a soft pastel pink or blue.
The rest can be decorated to your taste. But keep in mind I would like tradtional  .
