hey pally, I wanted to know where you wish to place your pool, wich lot, so I can build according to that

I'm not really in the mood to build a second pool. Use it as a secondary, if you wish. You still have 2 pools to go, hopefully with more of what you had in mind.

Gleek: I would love to, but I need more specification. Bedrooms? Bathrooms? Size? I can't really work with what you gave me, but I would still love to build

Sorry I didn't want to make a huge post untill someone replyed so here are my requirements:

Size: I want it to take up atleast half of the 30x30 lot but I still want a backyard with a cool shaped pool, hot tub and eating area, some landscaping and a girly themed play area.

On second floor:
Bedrooms:  -A modern master bedroom with lots of windows
                 -A pink girly childs bedroom

Bathrooms: -A modern bathrom connected to the master bedroom
                  -A pink girly bathroom connected to the childs bedroom

Other: - A pink girly playroom
           -A modern study with a computer/ bookshelfs

Main floor: - Modern kitchen with breakfast nook
                - Modern Dinning room
               - Bathroom
              - Modern living room
              - grand foyer
             
Notes: - I love the misc decor section in buy mode please use a lot
         - No washer and dryer ( I don't like doing laundry

Oh, one more request.  BP needs a fuel station.  Lot size no bigger than 15x20.  It should also have a small convenience store.  Other small lot Community lots would be great too.  Laundromat?  

I was just looking over the thread and saw that this still was up as an request. I was wondering what other small community lots you would like?

kiko, I want to replace the pool in Barnacle Bay. But any 40x40 lot should be fine - front facing, not on a corner.

I'm really sorry Gogo but I can't finish this lot. I'm experiencing some not so great build related bugs. (I wonder if that has anything to do with the new patch?) For example, fog emitter effects are floating in the sky, the rats aren't supposed to flying, they aren't meant to do that at all. O_O I'm going to have to reinstall my game, oh goodie! -_-

I think a fence would be good because that's what real pools have.

Hi. I hope I'm doing this request right.
I would like a traditional family home, on a 30x40 lot.
4 bedrooms and 5-6 bathrooms.
I only have AMB Gen and The Base game.
