Simstar, more questions for you

About residential lots, you said 15 of them, 5 empty. Do you want 5 completely empty lots or just not inhabited with Sims? And what is your preferable size of residential lot, and how about a mix of like 7 apartments and 10 lots for houses out of which 2 are 64x64? How many starting lots?

If you want Sims already moved in, do you have any wishes - families or singles,vampires, celebrities, simbots,  some already existing families from SV or BP etc.

About clubs, I placed Late Night area with Plasma and Prosper Room, but plan to put dive bar, sport bar and local watering hole in residential area and to find some danefaith already built or recommended. Do you have any specific wish about this or any other comunity lot like your favorite park or something?

Other than this, I managed to place now almost 40 lots on small map, including all rabitholes, and I hope you'll like it. At least I'm having fun making it

My preferable lot size I think is around 30x40? Or is that like, really big? I'd like the five lots to be completely empty, and a mix of apartments and houses sounds good. I'd like about fours starting lots, one of them being empty.
It'd be nice to have a couple sims moved in, lesse...
* A stereotypical three kids, married couple, stay at home mom, working dad type household. Kinda like the Bunches in SV.
* A human and his Simbot wife. :3
* A family of vampires.
* A MUMMY! :3
* A town casanova. (Bad me, I know. )
* Some celebrities.
* And, you can make some up yourself, if you like. I like surprises.

At the moment, I can't think of any community lots I'm especially attached too, but I'll let you know If I do.

Oh, and by the way, I have all 3 EP's and no SP's.

That's great, good to know about SP too. 30x40 is not big, 64x64 is problem, but this is very doable. Thanks for quick reply. I already know who will be your local Casanova

I need a nice Dance Club. Grind is just too ugly to be placed in any nice neighborhood, so practicly any kind of dance club will do. If possible in modern tropical theme, no SP, all EP. Lot size 30x40. Thanks.

Price is N/A since it really doesn't matter when creating the world. I've checked those clubs before, and plan to use some of them but so far couldn't find dance club, and Grind is just too ugly and really is not fitting in. 
Since I'm creating few custom lots in this world, I have no idea when will I find time and inspiration for a dance club, and I'm counting on this late night swing Danefaith got lately

Well I did just make Casa de Bamba which has a tropical theme, although its technically a poolside club.  I'm OK with making another tropical theme though, but my one concern with making a dance club in a tropical theme is, by applying the dance club category, the bartenders will look like this:



And have drink names like KTHXBYE, Spotlight Polish and Alien Brain, which would kind of kill the mood.
