I'd like a "modern" shell to fit at 520 Pumpkin Valley Road (60x60 lot called Cypress Villa in Riverview). I put modern in quote marks because, since the lot is in Riverview, I'd rather not have something that is white concrete and glass; however, I'm also not looking for something like the Farmhouse I posted in the swap shop. Wood and stone is preferable, multi-story. Something like Fallingwater, from the outside - something that "blends" into the world.
No real limit on the dimensions of the house. Room-wise, all I ask for is 2-3 bedrooms plus a master with en-suite, and an equal number of bathrooms (a shared, jack-and-jill bathroom is acceptable), plus a half-bath in the main area of the house. Oh, and room for a workshop, somewhere. Where it ends up doesn't really matter to me.
Landscaping is a plus, but not a requirement. I will need a medium-large section out back for a garden. My Sim will provide the plants.. Inside, minimal decoration is needed (that isn't to say you can't decorate it if you really want to; I have fun with Interior Design, is all.)
