I can take the request but I could only start Monday b/c I'm on vacation. But I could get it to you reasonably fast. And I can draw the floor plan out while I'm away. Would waiting to start Monday be ok? I really like your ideas.

I'm thinking of making a world for my friend, with CAW and I has the layout(large Island) and the Main part isn't enough, but I'd like a nice variation of resedential/community lots. I know where town centre, LN bars and celebrity district & main resedential area will be. I'm not shure how to put it all together seamlessly though. Alls I need is some examples, then I know what stile of houses to build.

If you're just looking for ideas, why don't you check out the Swap Shop or Exchange (obviously you shouldn't download lots to use in a world without at least asking the creator if that's ok) for inspiration? Have a play with road maps on a piece of paper or something to get an idea of where you want to place lots, and think about which buildings would be close to each other, and the world layout will come naturally.

If you're actually requesting people to build lots, could you be a little more specific about which lots you'd like built, and the 'look' you're going for? For example, are you looking for a residential house for a family, or a community park, or a block of apartments?

Hi! I have just moved my sims into Sunlit Tides, and I need 2 little LN Bars. An exclusive lounge on a lot 30x30, and a fusion lounge on a lot 25x25. I don't mind much how they look, just need them small (don't overcrowd them). And can one (or both) please have a bubble bar. I would make them myself, but I really don't know my way around making the celebrity entry gate thingies.
Please also be open to me editing them a little once I get them in game.

I have three new requests. 

As some of you may know, I'm remodeling pretty much all the worlds except Sunlit Tides, that one really only needs a few venues.  I'm using my work and the work of the other talented Simmers here to recreate Barnacle Bay and Bridgeport, with their permission and credit given of course.  At the moment, my focus is on BB, which I'm calling Enchanted Havens.  I'm turning it into a fantasy world set for fairies and elves with only a very minor influence from pirates.  Nothing modern in style in it, but anything and everything fantastical and whimsical.  See the Showboat thread for pics of what has been done so far.  What I need now is a gym which should be on a lot size 40x40, a fire station on lot size 20x15 or up to 25x30, and a fusion lounge on lot size 30x30 or 40x40.  I have all EPs and SPs and worlds up to KP Sweet Treats and will soon have Supernatural.  I have lots of store items so they are fine but no patterns from the exchange or swap shop please.  Here's what I would like to see in the builds, should one of you talented people wish to take up this request:

Gym:  can actually be smaller, 30x30 or 30x40 but prefer the 40x40.  Make it as colorful and whimsical as you wish but colors should not be too bright nor too modern in feeling.  The usual gym equipment of course but you can also have a small lounge area and an nooboo area.  Even a cot for nooboos and a twinbed for tired kids would be ok.  A pool is definitely needed.  Hot tubs are great and if possible, including a massage area would be GREAT. 

Fusion Lounge:  whatever is needed to build one.  I'm really at a loss as to this particular kind of place.  Just make sure folks will have fun there and that it is fantasyland in tenor.  Maybe a karaoke area?  No parking spots needed as this will go right in the middle of all the other hot spots.

Fire station:  Agneza made a really fine one that is completely functional yet small and neat and fits on a 25x25 lot.  However, it is a bit too modern looking for Enchanted Havens.  I could use it, (I have her ok), but I'd really like to see one that is more fantasy oriented, at least on the outside.

Soooo, who's up for this challenge?

I've been having problems with figuring out how to make my own houses/landscaping. I normally have to take a premade one from somewhere and redo the inside to fit my idea.

What I would love to see is a type of 'ruin' castle, more rustic than the palaces around, with a large garden (harvestable and non), pool (with place for hot tub), and a small family graveyard on the outside. On the inside, a turret/tower and a hidden room or two with a solarium/sunroom. The inside can be a shell, if you're willing. There are a few rooms I've been looking for, such as a master suite with a full powder room, a 'lab', and a laundry room. I got the magic pack (book and the cauldron/crystal ball), and am wanting a hidden room for all that.

Sorry if that seems confusing. Let me know if you have any questions.

EDIT: The type of castle I'm thinking of, is something like the Rookery that came in the House Library with Generations. That is a wonderful house, just small for my tastes.

I finished the gym myself today so cross that one off the list.  I desperately need a fusion lounge and can probably do the fire station myself.  Today I created my first Big Show Venue.  FAIL!  It looked so cool and I really loved it but no manager showed up and worse my game terminally froze BEFORE I saved so it's all gone.  Drat!  I could have turned it into a private venue.

Ok, I need two houses, one Victorian, and one ultramodern. No price limit, but they have to be on a 20x30 lot. For the modern one, I have the Ultra Lounge set, all except the youth sets. I have the Stancke collection aswell.

I have WA, HELS, Amb, FL and LN.

I have a request for a house, if anyone is interested in making it.  If there is already one made somewhere that meets these needs please point me in the right direction.  I have been looking and looking but haven't found it - and I am pretty sure someone has made something similar before.
