Into the future Careers

Is it only possible to do the new careers in the future, or how do i access the im the present time?

I think you can try edit town and place the rabbit hole/venus buildings into present, see if it work. My sims still show up as unemployed in the present.

Lena, I tried putting the hospital from Lunar Lakes into Oasis Landing. It worked okay, except that it still didn't show any options for a job. I don't know what would happen if you tried something like the police station.

It was just as much the new selfemployment career, i cant get it to work in Sunset Valley.

Do you mean Bot Building, self employed, or the rabbit holes? My sim is able to do the bot building career, though I haven't tried out any rabbit hole ones yet.

I mean all the 3 new careers, Plumbot Dealer, Bot Career, and the Astronomer, are they able to be pursued in the present time or just in Oasis Landing.

My sim has two different jobs, as a bot builder in the future and in the culinary stream in the present, which I found kinda cool!

I was told on twallan's mode site that if you put the rabbit holes for those new careers in the present time you can do those careers there, but I haven't tested this for myself yet.
