EDIT: I think one of my questions was already asked, but I want to be sure.
1. If Sim A maxes the gardening skill, but it is not their supermax skill, can Sim B max it if it is not their SuperMax skill?
2. Mortals are allowed to max skills if they are SuperMax skills for immortals, right?

Welcome to the forum! :) I am not quite sure on the Real Estate side of things as I am about to ask my own question but the other two I can.  ;)

1 - No, Sim A can max it but then Sim B can not Supermax it. If you want Sim B to supermax it then only let Sim A get to say Level 9.

2 - Mortals have no skill restraints and can do anything. My Generation 2 is a Painter as well but she has a Sister to paint her Adult and Elderly Portraits to make it easier than having a Spouse do them.

@ Metro/Pam - I think my Consignment Store is broken and I was wondering if deleting the lot and placing it down again would fix it? Would I be allowed to do that to see if it does or not, if you would prefer I can try it and see if it does fix it but not save and then let you decide from there?

In other news I am bored of my Dynasty House already and am already planning a new one, I have not even finished the old one yet! Also I was wondering if anyone could help me on deciding a Supermax? It's for Eliza Jade who will be the Athlete/MartialArtist and I was unsure as to which she should Supermax. They have a Vacation Home in China and I am hoping that her VISA 3 Grandfather will be alive till I can send them for a week or two trip to china.

I think Supermaxing Athletic would be easier... I just think the Skill Challenges take less effort. But it's up to you :)

Yeah, she will be maxing Martial Arts as her LTW as well as Athletic for Physical Perfection. I think I will try and do Martial Arts and fall back on Athletic if I am hopeless at it.  ;D

For Question 1, I meant, can 2 sims share a maxed skill, provided it is not a Supermax?

Okay, cool. They are both pretty "easy" skills. :D

Yeah I call them a FreeForAll where they will not be a Supermax but all the immortals can do, in my Dynasty it is Cooking, Charisma and Photography. I may add more as I go along but those are the definite ones.

EDIT: Also, I know that Metro said this:  but does that include cheats like Resetsim, if, for example, a bowl gets stuck to a sim's hand, or, in your case, a guitar to somebody's head?

You are allowed to use ResetSim as needed.

What exactly is your Consignment Store doing?  We might be able to suggest some ways to fix it.

Martial Arts is the more difficult to SuperMax.  You have to reach Grand Master rank in the Martial Arts Tournament, which can be difficult, especially if you run into trouble getting the contenders to show up because they work at the Market.

Last time I checked I couldn't even open the menu thing on it where you buy and sell. I can't remember if I have tried it since my uninstall though or even after a restart of the game. I will check and get back to you on that.

Ah yeah that could be a problem. I will probably get a few of the skill challenges done for Athletic anyway to stop the Fatigue. I guess I shall have to see what the game throws me.

Choose Athletic as supermax, Samoht. For sure, it's the easiest skill in the game. Yup, it is. Just go to the gym, have your Sim work out, then wait till fatigue is gone (best to go to gym before work, or sleep). While trying to complete the Skill Journal challenges, don't be surprised if you already max the skill. Challenges are easy too. Most of my Sims halfway complete it when trying to max the skill. Martial Arts is a LOT harder. Certainly not recommended. But, if you want lots of money, it might be worth, just for space rocks and stuff. Only downside of Athletic is that you can't improve it until the Sim is T/YA (don't exactly remember). Some skills are way faster: Painting, Logic, and Writing. All of those can be improved starting from the child stage.

Hehe, who needs the Gym when you can afford a 5 Star Gym to be built at home?  :P Also what did you mean by waiting? I have a Moodlet Manager! I guess if Eliza can supermax both Skills then well she gets a special sticker in my book.  ;D I was thinking about her Career though, the Athletic Career is possible it just gets a bit tedious for me.

Oops, I forgot! ;D By the way, there's no such Athletic career, I think you meant Professional Sports? Or Criminal career, Thief branch! I like the latter most!!  :D My 2nd gen is going to be an athletic thief.  ;)

Ah, I meant the Proffessional Sports.  ;) Does the Thief Branch need Logic? Or just Athletic?

Only Athletic, Evil branch needs Logic. The Evil branch also grants your Sim a red glow once they reach level 10 aka become the Emperor of Evil XD

EDIT: Seabody beat me to the answer  :)

Might try that one then, I knew The Evil Branch needs Logic as that one is in my Legacy, only downside is she might get arrested a lot. Thanks ChronicR and Seabody!  :)
