I'll let Metro answer that one, Salty.  I don't know if it really matters if you put the items in a specific "museum" room.  Either way, you only count the value of the museum items in the final score.  So, whatever Metro says on this is fine with me.

I do have a question.  In Pam's dynasty I know she puts the furniture of each immortal in the room where the museum pieces are, I have done basically the same thing, only, each separate room also has a bedroom where they sleep.  Is that acceptable or does all of the pieces need to be somewhere where the immortal doesn't sleep?  I know the rules states a museum, but I was just thinking that I needed to find out for sure.  It is no problem building another museum and putting everything back into it, but it actually looks kinda neat in their own rooms.  There is no other paintings or portraits in these rooms, except for I need for the dynasty.  Just checking, would rather find out now than later. :)

Salty, you can locate your museum items wherever and however you choose.

You can buy a fan for your laptop to sit on that will help keep it from getting so hot.  It's just a platform about the size of a laptop that has a fan built in.  It plugs into a USB port on your laptop.

Oh yeah I have one.  I end up replacing it about once every 6 months because apparently the bouncing around from my lap to the foot stool and back is too much movement for them so they stop turning.  And it is about time to get a new one it seems.  ::)

I figured that was the case, was just wondering.  I had my house so spread out with rooms everywhere, it just looks a little neater than it did.  It is still a big house.  At least I don't have to worry about them falling all over each other, lol. :D

My daughter decided that one of the members of my dynasty family really needed to be a vehicle enthusiast. My question is seeing as she has made friends with her scooter can I use him as one of her unique best friends. Also is it possible to use Simbots as best friends.

Ha ha. :) Sure, why not? As long as the "thing" is listed in the Relationships tab as a Best Friend...cars, scooters, Simbots — they all work for me.

Does that 'My Best Friend' LTHR with the Simbot give your Sim an Instant Best Friend?

Yes, it does.  Just remember it can only be used by one of your Immortals if you count it as one of the 3 unique LTRs.

Are we allowed to use the collecting skill as a supermax skill. I don't know that I want to use it but was just wondering if could. I like to know that I have options.

Rachel, I'm sure I remember this question coming up before, somewhere in the previous 150+ pages.  And I'm also quite sure the answer was no, because there are no levels to the collecting skill.

No, the Collecting skill is not a SuperMax option for exactly the reason Schipperke gave.

I am at the moment lost for words. So here is my short statement:

Diana Jade just ate Ambrosia and became an Immortal!  :D

samo, congrats! :) I'm assuming you'll fill everyone in on the details in your story thread. That's the place for any kind of updates.
