The Sims 3 Immortal Dynasty Challenge

So... Basically if you want to get the ambrosia you are going to have to have at least 2 different Sims: One, the Founder who can only max out one skill, be it cooking or gardening, and you need another to max out the other two skills.

I guess that this would be a question relating to the first: Your immortal Sim cannot max out a skill so long as he has not supermaxed it?\

An Immortal Sim can max any skill(s) they want, the only catch is they cannot max a skill that has been or is to become the super-max skill of another Immortal. So yes, your founder can max cooking, fishing, and gardening if you want, but then no other Immortal can pick any if those three as their super-max skill because it has already been maxed by another Immortal. All 8 Immortals have to have a unique super-max skill that no other Immortal has maxed.

As for needing another Sim - mostly just because of the amount of work to be completed before your founder dies (remembering that he/she needs a portrait before aging into an Adult) and to provide an heir.

If the first pregnancy results in twins, is there a particular or preferred method for choosing between them?  Or is it simply the one I like best?  Because of course Athena pops out twins.

I was only thinking of that because they have longer lifespans so it would be easier!  I probably won't go through with it.

Ok, thanks.  That was my thought so I named them alphabetically so I would remember which one was first.  And she has the better traits of the two.

Which Dynasty do you mean?  I hope you're still reading mine.  Plus, vampires aren't allowed into Dynasty families.

I thought you ruled that we cannot put the movie studio down in Sunset Valley; that we could only put in the clubs so the Mixology skill would be available.  Am I mistaken about that?  Someone suggested that I put Bubblegum Dreamweaver in the Acting career, but I don't have the studio placed because I thought it wasn't allowed.

I hope it is allowed, I placed one in the Jades. They have not used it or anything it is just there incase.

I looked back at the rules where we made the changes for Late Night content, and it only specifically mentions the bars for Mixology and Band content.  It doesn't mention the studio at all and I think it would if it were allowed.  I didn't go back and read through the pages, but I think I also remember Metro saying no to the studio.  Personally, I don't see the harm in allowing it, but it's Metro's call.  I'm sort of in limbo with Bubblegum until I find out.  The household is in turmoil now anyway because Antone just died.  I've got 7 grieving women on my hands!

That's a lot of crying you have to deal with Pam. Metro didn't allow Studio, not shore why, but he said no for Studio for now. Maybe Bubblegum can go into Music Career instead?

The Actor career really would be perfect for her.  If she can't do that, I might be in trouble.  I've never done Mixology and I can tell it's going to be quite a challenge to SuperMax it.  I don't have any other skills left for her to pursue, either.  It's even more difficult with the house almost full.  It's hard to focus only on Bubblegum.  She moonlighted at a bar and I was completely lost and had no idea how to make her do anything.  She stocked the bar and made drinks on the house and it took me several attempts just to get that!
