You are not kidding about that, talk about opportunities galore. I have a sim that is not even in the acting profession that has four stars and almost on her fifth. That is so cool. I am glad to hear everyone is enjoying the game so far. I have not even played my poor dynasty. I guess I should since I can use some of the stuff from LN. I guess I just got too wrapped up in all of the new stuff, like everyone else, lol. 
Well, I wanted to make sure that celeb opportunities aren't abused by my unofficial Dynasty family(read my thread, Allez Cuisine) and I put in a special house rule - only the FIRST opportunity your celeb immortal gets can be the Black-Op; and also those opps if they were Black-Ops(someone play Call of Duty - Black-Ops?
fall under the restrictions - you cannot have all your immortals do the same op. For example, Eggnog Cuisine(my founding immortal) just did the "Networking is the Key" opp with Jupiter Belle; neither Chocolate(her heir) or any descending immortals are allowed to take that same opp and if she got another celeb opp, that would be her celeb Black-Op.
It's your business, I just wanted to say how I handled celeb opps. Last time I just let everyone do them and didn't count them, but I decided that it was too much of a pain to handle them so I made only the first "agent call" be a Black-Op. Also, I will respect the rules about vampires; I never really wanted to have a vampire Sim anyways, they're too creepy!
