Although it would be wicked cool!

Appaloosa Plains worked for my dynasty on the laptop.  Not much lag, but it has a lot of combined rabbithole careers, so you need to be judicious with the ops.

My dynasty is in Twinbrook, and at week 33, it still runs decently well on my laptop and loads in 10-15 minutes. My file is currently massive, though, at a hefty 919 MB. I honestly don't know how it still manages to run well. And I blame my file size on my own bad habits of building big and traveling often, rather than anything related to Twinbrook itself.

I've heard great things about Lucky Palms' performance, too.

Wait, why wouldn't it be allowed?
The reason it is not allowed is because it wouldn't work.

When are the heirs conceived, obviously not in the future because heirs have to the product of two Sims living in the dynasty house trying for a baby. So a spouse would have to be living in the dynasty house in the current time. If the household is frozen in time the founders spouse and any other spouses  cannot age and die after several generations you would run out of house room because nobody would be aging.

Don't sims age in the future? I don't have the expansion downloaded yet, but from the previous conversationand questions, it seems like they age.

Yes they do age..but I don't see what that has to do with anything  ??? Why would you want your founder of heirs to age whilst the rest of the household don't. It might just be me but I spent a lot of time playing a dynasty wanting the spouses and spares to hurry up and die so that I had more room in the dynasty house and could bring in another spouse and another heir.

Well, it seems like it would be possible then. If you have, say, Gen 4 in the future with their spouse, and then Gen 5 is born while everyone else is in the 'present', adn you simply send each gen to the present when they hit their elder birthday-it seems possible. Am I missing something?

How would you progress in your career? Who will do your museum pieces? There are other questions too, I'm sure. Let's leave it at: it's not allowed.

What happens to all the spouses living in the dynasty house?

Apparently, I have a glitch in the family funds. In the lats two sim-days it was increased three times, first in the amount of 9,800 then 3,700 and finally by 105,000. :o
Searching the forum I discovered that sometimes the amount matches the price of one of the cars available in the game. That's exactly what happened to me.
I have not used it,  because it is not money that my dynasty family won legitimately.
My question is if I can use "familyfunds" cheat to subtract those simoleons. I know I can buy those cars and just keep them unused in the family inventory, but I feel safer using the cheat.

We usually just allow people to keep the money. It is a glitch and therefore not your fault so sit back and enjoy a glitch that actually helps.

Thanks for being honest.

Are you allowed to move other townies besides a spouse, like Agnes Crumplebottom, into your founder's house?

Are heirs allowed to be ghosts? I.e, if gen four marries a ghost and the firstborn is a ghost, is that acceptable?
