I've just questioned this on the technical board but incase I don't get an answer, I'm asking this here as well (Sort of). I can't seem to update my game. The updates aren't showing in the launcher and I don know how to get them elsewhere. I've checked the internet and I haven't found a solution. Without the update, I can't play my dynasty as per the rules. Do I have permission to play my game until a solution is found or do I have to wait? I've spent far too long without my dynasty family.

Is the non immortal/will be immortal(spares) allowed to take a personality change potions?

I'd recommend using the superpatch not the incremental.

Sherry I'd say no as it's changing traits and it's not allowed for immortals to be, I'd imagine it's fine for spares though.

Can you sell horses or place pets for adoption? Or does that count as leaving the household?

Pets can come and leave the household, whether it's selling horses to advance in the self-employed Horseperson career, or putting your family dog up for adoption because they're too much work.

Oh, thank god. One of my sims is supermaxing riding,and the 10 best horse friends was worrisome.

What about the fact that if you want to complete More than a Machine LTW, you need to install the sentient trait chip? And I honestly don't know does it complete the wish if you put it into a non-household Plumbot. So, is it allowed to place the chip in the Plumbot before kicking it out?

EDIT: And what if you want to marry a playable ghost, like Violet Slymer or Cara Dregg? Is that allowed? Sorry if my questions are stupid, I just want clarifications.

Can't answer about the LTW, but yes, you can marry ghosts. Just can't send them back to the netherworld prematurely.

I'm okay with that. If you have the chip ready to go before you even build the Plumbot, the Bot would only be in the household a matter of a couple minutes.
