I was hoping to start an Immortal Dynasty in the new store world, Midnight Hollow, and I want to make sure not to break any rules! I have two questions: 1. which lot is acceptable to place the founder on? and 2. is the content from the Savvy Seller's collection allowed to be used?

There hasn't been a decision made on that yet. I want to say that the previous protocol for new worlds applies. In short: don't use it until the Team says you can and what you can.

Yes Trip is correct, please don't use it yet.  We will discuss this and give you an answer hopefully in a day or so.

The team decided on what lots in the new Midnight Hollow world would qualify as ID lots. They are:

28 Swallow Street
29 Swallow Street
95 True Terrace

So after my second generation aged up to child, they won't sleep in their bed. They literally cancel out the action on their own. I've tried many fixes, including ResetSim --- and ResetSim *, but they don't work. Can I please evict my family and then move in again to see if it works? My immortal Dynasty is going for HoF!! Thanks!

Is this for all beds or just one? Did you try replacing the affected bed(s)? Evicting them through Edit Town is usually a last resort.

CodyAlex, try deleting objects near the bed such as lights, windows, wall decor, doors, any nearby furniture etc. I've had many problems where a nearby object caused this problem.

CodyAlex-

Buy a new bed, put it out in the open (like in your yard), where nothing is blocking.  See if your sim can sleep on that bed.

I've tried everything mentioned above, but to no avail. I'm pretty frustrated at the moment.

How about deleting your caches?  Did you try that?
CASPartCache.package
scriptCache.package
compositorCache.package
simCompositorCache.package

CodyAlex-

If deleting caches doesn't work, 3rd option (approved by metro):
Go into edit neightborhood and evict them. Move them back in then reload the family. This should fix your problem.

** We have a player with your same problem and the evict option help fixed it.  Hopefully it will fix yours too.

In regard to Midnight Hollow, I'm trying to start an immortal dynasty - never done this before - when buying property, like the small fishing park I forgot the name of, can I flatten it and place the pond towards the edge to fit in benches, grill and public restrooms? (Sorry if this has been addressed already I really don't think I can read through the previous pages x.x)

Since you own the lot you can do pretty much anything, but please note that it will delete the fishing spawners and there's no dynasty-legal way to move them or get them back.
