The ones you claim are the ones that can't be done.   Just be careful because immortals 3 through 8 cannot use any of the ones that were ever completed by 1 & 2.  I know this must be frustrating.   Immortals can do the same opps but they can never be claimed as unique if they've been done by someone else so that's where the issue is.

There is a new patch today that includes new features.  Please do not use some of these features in your official dynasty files until they've been vetted.  We have a lot of information coming out in the next two weeks and we want to make sure people's games stay safe.   

The rules state you have to be patched up however so just remember that.  The allowing of content will be updated soon.    If you do choose to download the patch and you have problems, don't forget to tell us so we can hopefully get it all worked out and keep your abilities to be in HOF and keep the families alive.

When you say new features, do you mean things like moving towns, or does that include also not using any new items (like arches or ladders)?

Mostly, I want to get rid of the elevators and use ladders.

Yeah go ahead and use the ladders.  I just had a Sim become a pale version of herself using it though.   Be careful.

New content is moving towns, private lots, that kind of thing.

A pale version? As in lighter in colour or was she actually transparent? Was it permanent?

She eventually fixed herself but it was like someone had taken her color palette and just lightened it.

Which leads me to another weird question, which my feverish mind conjures for no good reason I can discern.

Do butlers count as "living in the Dynasty household" and therefore, can theoretically parent an heir? (Obviously, this would be a male butler...)

No Butlers do not live in the household because they do not take up a household slot.

Edit for clarification:  Not only because he doesn't take up a slot but because you don't control him.  You need to control both sims for Immortal heirs.  except for in the case of Generation 8's conception.

Just a quick question, I wasn't sure if the rules said anything so I thought I should ask to be sure. Are any of the dragons banned? (the ones that come with Dragon Valley or the Black Armored Dragon)
