He got his 20 hours of kid tutoring done by tutoring his to be wife while they were both in high school, and then his grandmas adopted son and adopted son's imaginary friend turned real when they were kids.

My gen 2 is stuck with the hunted moodlet. I know you said we can cheat to get rid of it. But what do we do to get rid of it.

I have a question on opportunities.  My gen 2 Immortal got a child school opp called Research Project that dealt with going to the supermarket.   Now my gen 5 just got offered a teen school op with the same name only it's for the science center.  I don't want to do it if it counts as the same op, so I figured I'd get clarification before I accidentally fail myself because it's in two different life stages and locations.

The same name indicates it is the same opportunity and invalid for a second BlackOp.

I understand we can clone life fruits, but are these count as homegrown? I mean, can we put a cloned fruit directly into ambrosia recipe, or do we have to plant and harvest it first?
Also, I found out that we are able to avoid getting sixth/seventh trait if we leave the trait field blank. Game then warns that the character can have more traits but accepts it as a choice. So, my question is: if I don't need any more traits for the particular Sim, can I leave him to be five-traited? Is it an option?

Does using the Age of Instant potion on resident nooboos count as cheating?

My sim got the Zombiefied moodlet from eating a quick meal that gave her brain freeze. She has a green tint. Is she a zombie or is it just a moodlet that will go away.

The moodlet should have an expiration time (in my experience, it's six hours). A cure elixir or the moodlet manager will instantly fix it.

From the rules :

Generation's, Pet's & Supernatural's potions, elixirs and rewards that reverse/freeze/extend/shorten age are not allowed.

So, yes using it would be cheating - regardless of who you use it on.
