I don't think it would be doable, if there are 7 Sims, 8 is the max. The ghost takes a spot in the household unless they are sent to the Netherworld again. The ghost would work, but the ghost and Sim couldn't Try for Baby, because there would be eight Sims, plus the ghost joins the household.

Not true, if you have the tombstone around, and your sim's around, then when the ghost comes out at night, your sim can romance the ghost and eventually woohoo with them.

Disclaimer for all to see.  A member told the team they didn't think the rules would ever change so we're making sure that this is written at the bottom of every dynasty ruleset to insure that everyone knows.

Quote
Please be aware that the game is constantly changing.  All Dynasty rules are subject to change and  have clarifications made as information is gathered over time.  All changes to the rules will be noted with a date change at the bottom of the rules page as well as details given within the dynasty thread.   Dynasty players are expected to keep up with these changes on their own as part of playing the challenge.  If there is a rule clarification and you break that rule, there is no guarantee a second chance will be given by the Challenge Board team.

Another weird question! I know earlier Rica mentioned that using Clone Drone potions on townies is acceptable. What about using one on a ghost who was once a live sim that died? I wasn't sure if making a clone of a ghost might be considered some form of "bringing a sim back to life". I assume the clone of a ghost would also be a ghost, but it might be like a townie ghost instead of a graveyard ghost.

This was actually talked about recently on one of the dynasty threads and the challenge board team decided against allowing clone drone for ghosts.

Oh, okay! Sorry, I guess I missed that part. I was thinking that would probably be a form of life extension, so, good thing I asked!

But, it's still acceptable to use clone drown on regular, live townies, yes?

Exactly - it's too much like extending the life of a townie.

And yes still acceptable.  Although the further into the game you go, they're all pod people anyway.  ;D

Yes - I think we said it was creepy but if you really wanted to clone the founder to be the baby Daddy of another generation, you're allowed.

I always play narcissists well, but this won't be William. I have better plans for him, once the mods approve it  ;D

I'm thinking a new character, what does everyone think?

I did have some innovative strategies for the Dees, so I wonder how I will top them.

My 6th generation decided to go and have twins >:( is this the end of my dynasty or am I allowed to go back and see if she has a single birth? Unfortunately the firstborn was a girl so no elder babies once the twin dies.
From the moment I fell down that rabbit hole I've been told what I must do and who I must be. I've been shrunk, stretched, scratched and stuffed into a teapot. I've been accused of being Alice, and of not being Alice, but this is my dream. I'll decide where it goes from here.
